We spend two nights. Rooms seems to be correct because they have white sheets, but really they are dirty. Bathroom is horrible, and any time you take a shower all the floor gets wet, it's like having a kind of bathroom-pool. Of course, wc brokes frecuently. We had to changed the room. When we ask for it, hotel staff were... More

Terrible hotel when a doorman grabs your bag, races in front of you to your room and throws said bag down hallway, landing near your door. At least he didn't wait for a tip! Needed ice for my knees. Difficult when the only ice in the hotel is old freezer ice (defrost has not gotten to Tibet quite yet) and... More

I was surprised that there are hotels in Tibet, where no one is able to speak English. So we could not have any service or questions. The restaurant in the hotel is being equipped with lazy and bored staff.

What a farce. I stayed with a group of 22 people and not one of them had a good thing to say about the place. Very dodgy electrical wiring exposed, toilet leaking and generally unpleasant. The worst thing was when my door broke. I tried to open it with the electric door card and it was jammed. Suspecting the door... More

The Hotel was not bad but that’s comparing with loads of terrible Hotels I stayed traveling from Kathmandu to Lhasa. The room was ok, lights were not working properly and shower drain was clogged so it looked like the bathroom was a big bath tube. If you are picky I would recommend Manasarovar Hotel.

I stayed here for 1 night, in one of the "better" rooms. You need to remember that this is Tibet, so expecting good western standard hotel is a little unreasonable. The room, including the bathroom, was clean. Room was big. Had some problems with some of the power outlets. Bed comfortable enough. They made me a nice spaghetti bolognese for... More

I stayed here only one night but that is all I needed to know how bad this place is. Firstly after a slowly and frustrating check in we were shown our room. It was overlooking a loud construction site, no chance of sleep. We then found out they had now wifi. The rooms are quite bad no power points that... More

Very friendly staff, English speaking receptionist, good food. However, they have two type of rooms- painted ceiling ones and second type transparent glass bathroom wall and a bit smelly. You shall ask your guide to arrange a room inside the building with reception area and not close to main street. It's a 3 starts hotel and you can't expect better... More

Single room, private bathroom, TV. Room was confortable but looked quite dated in general. The bathroom was not in very good condition and it was the perfect example of what you don´t have to do when trying to fix things. It worked and there was a hot shower but it was a real mess and should really repair it. Nevertheless... More
