This place rated four star and the rooms are big and clean and sleep quality good. Breakfast is substantial with wide spread and it better to go there after 8am as its full if you go earlier and can't get a table. The staff don't speak English at all so that could be a handicap but they are all very... More

The Qian He International Hotel is well located less than 2 kilometer from the entrance to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area nature park. Our double room were big, plenty of space for an extra bed for our son. Room and bathroom were clean, but a bit worn out. The staff, all Chinese speaking, were friendly and tried their very best to... More

Have been travelling around Western Sichuan over the last 10 days, and by comparison to other 4 star local hotels I would rate it as an average tourist hotel aimed at dealing with large volumes of Chinese tourists and tour groups. We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Jiu Zhai Gou park, previously stayed in the main Huanlong hotel... More

Stayed here in Oct 2014. Supposed to be a good base for visiting the UNESCO Jiu Zhai Gou but underestimated the walk from hotel to the site's main entrance which is about 2km. Trying to catch a cab in the morning is a nightmare. The narrow 1 lane road is full of tour buses so walking is the best option.... More

Rooms are reasonably big in size, but basic. Wifi is provided, but slow. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is very "Chinese" but a good variety of Chinese food. Overall OK for a Chinese rated 4 Star hotel, but would think it's more like a 3 star internationally rated. Would recommend this hotel.

After reading many reviews, I elected to stay at this hotel, and was rather pleased. I think it is very nice, particularly for the area, and provides comfort and convenience at about half the cost of the neighboring Sheraton. The hotel is rated at 4 stars, and I would say that to be the case, particularly since the quality can... More

We booked a family suite in this hotel for a 3 night stay: The suite was very spacious, clean and well furnished with a twin bed room for the children and a king size bedroom for the parents. The breakfast was ok but more suitable for chinese people. The staff was friendly and very helpful: I asked for an english... More

The hotel is clean and looks new. Reception was polite and because we speak Mandarin, checking-in was quite fast. It's a 20 mins walking distance from hotel to JZG entrance. You can also take a cab waiting at the hotel entrance to JZG Park entrance at RMB10. There are many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. We had the hotpot at... More

I was a little worried when I read about the lack of English speaking staff. Eric and Zhou Qin speak English and we did not have any issues. The rooms are clean, bed is comfy, and breakfast was good. We stayed 3 nights. When our van driver didn't show up, the taxi front of the hotel was asking triple the... More

We were a bit concerned because there were no reviews of any hotels and expected the worst. Even though the entrance looked a bit shabby and we were the only westerners, the place was great and of very good standards. The reception spoke no English, but they tried very hard to accommodate us! When we had no internet, three staffers... More
