Super location, 10 minute walk to the park entrance, with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Angie at the reception speaks good English and is very kind and helpful. Hotel is clean and well maintained; rooms are OK, a little bit dated and somewhat basic though for the price charged (quite high compared to better facilities we experienced in Emei,... More

Helpful english-speaking staff refrains me to rate This hotel "poor". Dorms are located at the top of the hotel. Toilet and bathroom on the roof, not very convenient when it Is freezing cold outside. The 6-bed room is very basic with concrete floor, and costs 80rmb EACH bed.

Hotel has good location which is about 10 min walk to JZG park entrance. The room was dark, quiet, look tidy but not really clean, but bed comfy . Toilet smells a bit of sewage in the morning. I was in the 4th floor, no lift, it can be tiring for people with heavy luggage, Front desk staff were ok,... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in a private twin room on the forth floor with heating (no lift). Overall the place does have a good potential, but we had a few problems. From the outside the room looked clean but there were a few insects in the shower and on the carpet. We didn't get any toilet... More

After reading quite a few negative feedbacks about Angelie Hotel, i was really apprehensive about choosing Angelie Hotel, even if just for 2 nights. But hostels and even hotels among them, are not too different from each other within their own category, it seems. None is considered really good. So i eventually chose Angelie, the plus point is that it's... More

Really good location if you're here for the park, doesn't take more than ten minutes walk. In all a really good stay. Booked the dorm, the room was nice and clean, although the dorms are located on the roof which makes it SO cold during night (go for a shower during the day so you won't freeze your bum off... More

I have 2 nights staying here at the dorm. It was nice that the staff was quite helpful, could communicate in english. The room is on the 5th floor, and it's real cold. They have the warm blanket just enough to have you survive. Bathroom is acceptable. Yet my nightmare is the bus service from the hotel to Chengdu. The... More

This hotel fails to provide even the necessary requirements. Arrive, get a key..walk up 4 flights of stairs, key does not work, walk down get another key, walk up. Check the bathroom, no toilet roll, look for a phone to call reception, no phone...walk down 4 flights, get toilet roll, inquire about the lack of a phone "phone broke..we didn,t... More

It was pretty cold outside and the only heating in the rooms were electric blankets, which were fine when the power was on but each day, at least once per day (we stayed here for 5 nights), the power went off for anything between a few minutes to 1 hour. Other buildings in the same block were fine so I... More

This is my worst experience ever on a service offered by any inn or hotel throughout my whole 20+ years of travelling. Other than the location, there is nothing reasonable good about this inn. The inn had at least 2 power disruption every night for our 2 nights stay. All the hotel staffs other than a man in the 30s... More
