We stayed here for two nights for a wedding and I must say the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived around noon after driving all night and they were more happy to offer us an early check-in which was very nice of them. The lobby and outside are nice and clean. When we arrived in our room the... More

The rooms are clean and nice however there isn't a outdoor pool or nice sitting area . The part of the lobby area with tables was kept locked including the coffee. Open only a breakfast I presume . The traffic in that area was horrible and it was not easy access . The desk clerks were friendly and efficient ,... More

Stayed here for a quick night while visiting Birmingham to watch the College Football games. Hotel was not easily located because of the traffic on Highway 280, but it was a nice stay. Hotel looked well kept with some worn areas. It had an indoor pool and Jacuzzi which both worked really well. The room was good but could use... More

Great place to stay! Very nice hotel with spacious lobby & nice, clean, new rooms!! Rooms also have amenities such as cups, plates, paper towels, dish detergent, etc! Very close to shops & dining but a little difficult to find- just look for Logan's Roadhouse & turn right past it on Resource Center Parkway. Perfect place to stay if going... More

This is a lovely hotel, beautifully landscaped and conveniently located. The room was large, tastefully appointed and very clean. The continental breakfast was very good, with hot items, cereal, fresh fruit and those fabulous HIE cinnamon rolls! Great value at $99.00 per night.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. Our check in was as speedy as could be for the amount of traffic they were dealing with. Our room was nice, beds comfy, and clean. Breakfast was good. There were many choices. Actually too many choices. Lol. Th cinnamon rolls were a group favorite and everyone loved the pancake maker/dispenser. My only... More

Before we left the hotel, I had to stop and tell the front desk staff how amazing they were. The manager, and every front desk person we encountered would say hello, even when I was not looking. I would turn around, thinking they were speaking with someone else, and it would turn out to be me. Before my staff arrived... More

Inside the room was a need for repair and was not clean. Borderline rude check in from clerk, but made up the next morning with a really nice lady. Breakfast was lacking and poorly managed. We will find another hotel in the area next time.

We were just passing through Alabama and wanted a place close to the freeway with easy access. The hotel is located a couple of miles off the freeway and we drove past because the street sign was missing. The room was clean but expected a little more for the money.

Typical mid level hotel. Clean, neatly kept outside. Clean lobby and halls. Room was average size neat and clean. Bath was in need of repair. Toilet did not flush completely. Check in was prompt and courteous. Very difficult to find for a first time guest, cannot be seen from Hy 280, access is complicated. Be sure to study and plan... More
