We booked this hotel because it was relatively cheap and was close to where we planned on enjoying the Thanksgiving holiday. All we really needed the room for was to get a reasonably comfortable nights sleep. NOT!! We walked in off the street (no reservation) on our way back home to Georgia. The motels next door were booked so we tried it. The lady at the front desk was really nice and gave us they key to a room with 2 double beds. Things didn't turn bad until we went inside the room. The second we approached... more

walked up to front desk and asked for a room with two double beds. The desk clerk was short with us from the start, but I was respectful. We made a deal and I was handed a key. Room was on the other side of the building. Walked in - King Size bed and a couch, no double beds. Went... more

In town for an AAU basketball tournament. Our one night stay at Park Inn was not that good. Although some rooms have been somewhat updated, others were not. For our somewhat updated room, there were several dents in the drywall, cob webs hanging from the ceiling, partially painted exterior door, dirt/grease stains around the trim and windows.
