We stayed at this hotel over race weekend. the staff was great, we couldn't have asked for any better southern hospitality! The hotel was even decorated with race memorabilia. The rooms smelled fresh and were clean. There is plenty of shopping with in walking distance as well as restaurants, we had a wonderful trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel... more

We've been on the road for 13 days, stayed in several 'choice' hotel brands in Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, South Carolina and Alabama. This was without a doubt the worst one. I stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed. I'm not sure how AAA gave the hotel a 3 diamond rating; a 2 diamond rating is more realistic. The room was basically clean, but there were dirty marks on the walls and spider webs in the corners. In addition, I had requested and received a non-smoking room, but the bathroom... more
