We arrived and were let in at about 4.30am by a very friendly and courteous member of staff. The room was cleaned everyday with toiletries replenished. We chose a balacony room with a river view and it was well worth the money. Frankly there wasn't much of a view - ythanks to the trees - but it was great to be on the river and ten paces took up to the bank, and there was one of the great views of all time on planet earth.... more
