We had a travel agent book this dump for us since we were unfamiliar with the area and needed a place to stay when we visited Huangshan mountain. While the mountain was gorgeous, this hotel, due to complete lack of competition in the area was lousy.

The carpet had so many unknown stains - big blotches of something or the other, smoking in all the rooms even when requested non smoking, the food was greasy and the staff spoke no english. Do not stay here unless you have to. apparently it is the best hotel in huangshan - which doesnt say much - trust me. more
