We checked out many places in San Pedro the Atacama, but this was by far the best! At this place, they seem to know what a tourist is looking for. For example, the houses are situated with a view at the stunning volcanos (other hotels in town have no view!) so that you can sit in front of your house... More

We had high hopes for this place. It looked perfect, a little out of town with a great view, nice looking bungalows, and great trip adviser reviews, but it didn't live up to expectations. The view is fantastic, which you wont get from in town, but it is further from town than advertised. About 20 minutes at a fast walk... More

There are many reviews that have been published related to Atacama Loft. They all say the same and we completely agree with them : this is a magic place with magic people.Yes we also absolutely recommend to have private tours with Maca in her 4x4 Toyota jeep: she has an incredible vast knowledge about fauna and also about geology. Her... More

We stayed in Atacama Loft for 6 nights and found the experience very enjoyable. The "Lofts" are made of recycled material, some out of cardboard and some from recycled glass bottles. However what you see are typical desert units which are very spacious, finished in an earth type render and of course there are no bottles or cardboard evident. Because... More

From the very first moment of arrival until departure it was a great stay at Atacama Loft: wonderful, large terrain, not far away from san pedro, but quiet and with excellent view on licancabur and his "sister volcano". Beautiful, tastefully decorated large rooms, perfectly clean, with comfortable beds and well equipped individual kitchen, every morning fresh bread from the bakery.... More

I have been at the Atacama Loft at the end of October, together with a friend of mine. We both fell in love with this place and during our trip we have often thought to go back and stay one more night there, because we missed it. We did not meet Macarena, but we had the pleasure to know Alvaro... More

We stayed there in October 2014 in one of the Lofts. when we arrived we were amazed by the view of volcano Licancabur. The Interieur is stylish and smart. It stays cool when it's hot outside, and warm in the cold nights. The beds are particularly comfortable. A nice breakfast with fruit was in the fridge and EVERY morning we... More

We had a great stay with Maca at Atacama Loft. The studio we stayed in comfortably housed 3 people and was very warm with great beds. There was something new every day for breakfast and the views from the property were amazing. It was nice to be a little outside of town in a peaceful location. We especially loved that... More

Maca has created a beautiful place to stay while visiting this stunning environment of desert, high plains, volcanos and ice. I stayed in a cosy adobe studio that she has decorated with books and objects from her travels. In the morning, wake to see the sun rise over the hills, make a fresh breakfast from provisions in the fridge and... More

YOU! are just amazing...and I take the opportunity to refer to every Atacama Loft Tatai (friend in KUNZA, the original language; our guests). To thank you all, that due to your curiosity and careful research, Atacama Loft became your choice, and then, is your passionate will to learn, share and "dream", that enhances our philosophy.
