The hotel is very well located in the heart of the town but stays quiet. The staff is very nice. The swimming pool is small but very nice to chill next to. The rooms are big enough and well decorated but the bathrooms are disapointing. The whole athmosphere of the hotel is lovely and makes you feel really on luxury... More

Great staff, good breakfast, perfect location! Everything was awesome. It's a great hotel if you want to rest and be in downtown San Pedro. The staff is helpful and they let you leave your bags before check in and after check out if you need it The only con is that the rooms are completely "sound proof" and sometimes the... More

We stayed at this boutique hotel for a weekend while touring the region. The hotel is quaint, perfectly located, and has a rustic beauty and charm. The staff is engaging, helpful, and attentive, with good English and excellent suggestions. The "warm" part is also to be taken literally. The hotel has wonderful central heating and we spoke to many fellow... More

Very good, very well located!! It's very pleasant been near to Caracoles Street. Don't underestimate this benefit. Gustavo was very courteous... Wi-fi runs like a lame turtle and sometimes it isn't work.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend in June. The personnel is attentive, the hotel style is very cozy and the location is great. Rooms are clean, and there is a great pool area and reading area. One thing that needs improving, though, is the Wi-Fi service. The signal is really low in some of the rooms.

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon and were so pleased with our choice. As it is a small hotel, it has a really personal feel. Rooms feel like individual lodges and fit in perfectly with the surroundings. They are beautifully decorated and spacious, clean and cosy, and showers are hot (whetever time of day!). Staff... More

My wife, daughter and I just stayed at the Hotel Terrantai in late May. The front desk staff were most friendly...Franklin and Chrisnina may hat goes off to the two of you. The breakfast is fantastic. The pisco sours at night by the fire were delicious. The location is central to all activities in San Pedro. This is not a... More

The central location is superb, especially after long days exploring the region. Close to many excellent restaurants and the Plaza. Staff are all very friendly and abundantly helpful. Breakfasts are large and superb, with local ingredients. The internet works well in the library and open air lounge. The small pool is not for swimming but is fine for cooling off... More

It's comfortable, very clean and quiet place. The location is great also, walking distance from the main street where you can find many restaurants. Breakfasts are awesome in this hotel, especially for the quinoa cookies... Loved it! The only bad thing was that the rooms don't have A/C, but it wasn't a problem for us because in the night the... My first day on the Terrantai I so the floor full of dust, black hairs, on floor, on bathroom, on shower, than I came to the bed and on the bedframe was a excrement of bird, a bird poop on the bed frame and nobody cleaned. Was disgusting. How a bird or a pigeon could enter on the room to... More
