For the price we got off the internet, $150/night, it met our expectations, warm heater and shower, turn down service, and packed breakfast if you had to leave early for day trips, Unique adobe room, low lighting, on quiet street yet close to square and Main Street. Receptionist is not fluent in English and we have to accept the no... More

This hotel is right in the heart of where the action is in San Pedro de Atacama. Room was fine with gas central heating and shower so easy to adjust to a constant hot which is not the norm. The staff at this hotel are so accomodating and helpful, especially the Receptionists who are willing to help you with phone... More

A small complex of Adobe apartments off the reception area. The room was spacious, clean and tidy though it tended to retain the heat. The supplied fan was a real necessity if a little noisy. The small pool area was overlooked by a sun terrace opposite the breakfast and restaurant area. The view from the terrace across the rooftops was... More

Lovely hotel in a quiet part of town. Excellent rooms, beds very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Helpful staff and a good breakfast offering. I'd recommend it. The only thing that I would say which is slightly negative is that although we picked it because it had a pool, the pool was so cold there was no way anyone could swim... More

Enjoyed 4 days here in March 2014. Staff is friendly, and some desk staff do speak some English and Portuguese. Very relaxing place, with no TV's to distract, and the little adobe rooms (sort of like cottages, some with their own porches) are charming. Biggest negative is that the rooms don't cool down easily - but with minimal bedding and... More

Enjoyed the individual huts in this very hot climate. Rooms very eco friendly, which was nice after the busy time in Santiago. Hotel bar and restaurant were on the opposite side of the road, but it did not matter. After chilling on the veranda whilst writing a my journal and nice stroll for a pisco sour was not a problem.... The lady at the reception was most unfriendly. The room was small and gloomy. The toilet didn't work and no hot shower water. We called the reception to have it sorted out but nothing ever happened. The water in the swimming pool was so cold that you could only put a toe in it. The first meal in the restaurant... More

Rooms are overall ok, not perfect but acceptable despite the fact that water is not always hot as it should be. What is really disappointing is the service. At the reception only one guy was speaking english and ge was rarely there. The man we always found there was unpolite and never smiling. We arrived in the morning at 10... More

I stayed at this hotel for four days last week. The hotel Mas over 300 US dollars a night, and definitely not worth the asking price which should be at most around 100. Rooms are painfully dark, no views. Bathrooms need renovation and more care in details. Pool was empty, terrace had cheap furniture Service was ok, but not overboard... More
