This hotel keeps it super clean and the staff comes by twice a day. The concierge is a little overwhelmed. It wasn't till the third day that we were told we should leave our key with the front every time we leave. The excursion we took was a tad overpriced but they did have a lovely snack for us at... We, two adults, stayed 4 nights and were very happy with the accommodations, good taste of decor and conditions of facilities. It's location is ideal. The personnel is friendly, helpfully and well trained. Would recommend it to anybody visiting San Pedro de Atacama.

I arrived really unwell having had a bug previously and needed heating in a room... a gas heater was brought as the heater itself didnt work..no problem...the gas ran out at night and was replaced when I mentioned it to the English speaking manager the next day...ok no problem although... For the price we got off the internet, $150/night, it met our expectations, warm heater and shower, turn down service, and packed breakfast if you had to leave early for day trips, Unique adobe room, low lighting, on quiet street yet close to square and Main Street. Receptionist is not fluent in English and we have to accept the no... More

This hotel is right in the heart of where the action is in San Pedro de Atacama. Room was fine with gas central heating and shower so easy to adjust to a constant hot which is not the norm. The staff at this hotel are so accomodating and helpful, especially the Receptionists who are willing to help you with phone... More

A small complex of Adobe apartments off the reception area. The room was spacious, clean and tidy though it tended to retain the heat. The supplied fan was a real necessity if a little noisy. The small pool area was overlooked by a sun terrace opposite the breakfast and restaurant area. The view from the terrace across the rooftops was... More

Lovely hotel in a quiet part of town. Excellent rooms, beds very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Helpful staff and a good breakfast offering. I'd recommend it. The only thing that I would say which is slightly negative is that although we picked it because it had a pool, the pool was so cold there was no way anyone could swim... More

Enjoyed 4 days here in March 2014. Staff is friendly, and some desk staff do speak some English and Portuguese. Very relaxing place, with no TV's to distract, and the little adobe rooms (sort of like cottages, some with their own porches) are charming. Biggest negative is that the rooms don't cool down easily - but with minimal bedding and... More

Enjoyed the individual huts in this very hot climate. Rooms very eco friendly, which was nice after the busy time in Santiago. Hotel bar and restaurant were on the opposite side of the road, but it did not matter. After chilling on the veranda whilst writing a my journal and nice stroll for a pisco sour was not a problem.... The lady at the reception was most unfriendly. The room was small and gloomy. The toilet didn't work and no hot shower water. We called the reception to have it sorted out but nothing ever happened. The water in the swimming pool was so cold that you could only put a toe in it. The first meal in the restaurant... More

Dear guests, I am really very concerned at the contents of your complaint and would have been interested to know the name of the recepcionist in question since we have 5 rotating shifts. It would also be helpful to know your room number since we have a full maintenance team working 24 hours to resolve immediately any such problems as... More
