My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night before going to Uyuni, for this reason checking out early wasn't a problem for us, but I don't recommend staying here if you need to hang around after checking out. The rooms are nice, small but ok. The bathrooms are also nice and so is the kitchen area. But, there are... More

I'm not the type to write reveiws, but I have never been treated so poorly in a hostel. From the moment we walked in there were constant warnings about what we CAN'T do. Getting helpful information out of the staff was like getting blood from a stone. Although, they have a nice kitchen and communal area, it was only to... More

The hostel isn't too bad design-wise, however the staff working at the hotel truly made this an awful experience for us. Like most other hostels, we were under the assumption that we could pay our account upon check-out (we were never told otherwise). However, the staff hastled us almost everytime we entered reception to pay for our bed for the... More

Stayed in the double room in the hotel complex rather than the hostel (so not cheap). Nice room with hot water. Radiators only come on in very restricted hours so a little chilly at night. Decent breakfast if you ask for eggs, otherwise they just serve you a continental. The no stored luggage policy lets it down.

Not bad. It's clean and there's plenty of hot water - great in cold weather and there's a tub if you've had a long day though there aren't plugs. Breaky is basic- bread, cheese, jam and the tasty ubiquitous milk jam :) coffee, herbal tea and black tea. There's an English speaking lady at reception.

Three of us shared a room containing a double and single bed. The price for one night was $79000 Chilean Pesos ($155 Australian Dollars or £79 British Pounds) which included breakfast, free internet access and on site parking. Additionally, the room contained an en suite, a large heater (controlled externally, presumably via a timer), an analogue television, small refrigerator and... More

First of all this place has clearly been completely renovated since the onslaught of one star reviews. We would have never stayed here based on the reviews and that's sad because they did a really nice job of remodeling it. The place looks really great. The common areas, the kitchen and the dining area are some of the nicest I... More

$50 bucks for a room without air, bathroom, bathed in cold water at night, no towels, no tv, door did not fit properly, it is clean though, but that is it, horrible value, and thanks to the receptionist giving us incorrectly the local we missed our bus (that we paid and lost) in the morning, I don't know if it... Our room was very clean, and quiet. The only thing that bothered our sleep were the branches of trees making noise on our bathroom ceiling, but that was ok. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Wifi was not great. We negotiated a lower price because of staying several days.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was probably one of the cleanest hostels I've stayed at. Bus terminal is about 10 minute walk, they offer good discounts on tours if you book a few, 6 bed dorm was 8000 pesos. The hostess speaks good English so that's helpful & the wifi was good. Central too.
