Stayed here for first three nights of our vacation in chile. Room was better than expected- traveling with our adult daughter, her bed was in the living room, we had a separate room with king bed. There was a terrace overlooking the beach. Staff was welcoming and helpful . We would recommend it.

The staff here are very slow to process anything (checking in or out) and are not helpful at all. We watched several stand around while we waited in queues to ask a question. This is not necessarily a wonderful hotel. However, rooms are decent, has free wi-fi, located in front of the beach and close to restaurants, the mall, and other city amenities. Recommended for a short and cheap stay. The restaurant, Brisa, is OK. Service was pretty good.

Autumn chill was already in air but the view and the quiet of off season was wonderful. The restaurant at the resort was not that hot. Food was at best mediocre. Very relaxing long weekend.
