The hostel is one of the cleanest we have stayed at. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A family run place and a highly recommended place to stay. The breakfast was delicious and we were offered coffee on arrival. The staff were constantly cleaning the place. It's near to the centre and bus station .

The family that run this hostel are lovely, so friendly and because it has family run it has a really homely feel to it. The rooms, communal areas and bathrooms were very clean but the kitchen... We stayed here for 3 nights, mostly resting, and visiting the Elqui valley. The hostel is close to the bus terminal, at 10 minutes' walking. The breakfast is good, as you can choose from a selection of things. Sometimes we felt it could be a little more, but when asked, they didn't mind giving some more bread. It's also possible... More

After a bad stay in Calama, Las Luces was what we needed. It´s close to the bus terminal (about 10 minutes to walk) and next to Hostal El Punto which you can find in almost every guide book. It is family run and very friendly. In the backyard you can find a patio and breakfast is included! We had a... More
