We travel with a big family and we looking a hotel can stay 4 people. We tried to find a lots hotel but they're not allowed. After we drove along the river and found VY CCHE Hotel I asked receptionist and a guy said ok and we just paid $20/night. The room very nice, large, 2 big beds, good air conditioner, flat screen TV, free bottle water, coffee and teas, cold and hot water work very well. Staffs are ok but security guard very helpful. The location very closed to the town and nearby everything. Good Hotel and recommend

Nice clean and big rooms at this hotel. Very close to the old colonial French Quarters. Once you cross the bridge and make a right or left you will see lot's of tiny local places restaurants lining the Sang Ke River. My major complaints were the wifi and the $10 'bus ticket back to Phnom Pen. The wifi was not consistently working. The $10 'bus ticket' was a mini van ride packed like sardines with 16 people for 5 hours. They were benevolent enough to give each of us a bottle of water. Next time I will ask...

I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel. Big, spacious, clean rooms with daily cleaning and 2 free bottles of water. Fast wifi and friendly staff. Not noisy at night and good air conditioning. I wish all budget hotels were this good for 20 usd!

I have just stayed for the third time at the Vy Chhe and I always enjoy coming back here. The rooms are extremely spacious and the bed is the most comfortable that I have experienced in Cambodia, with very soft sheets. Bathroom is large and water pressure excellent. Good quality toiletries provided. Staff are friendly and helpful. I notice that English language skills have improved since my last visit. The staff were very helpful chasing up my bus pick up for Phnom Penh which failed to arrive on time !! For $20 per night, this hotel really is excellent value. Looking forward to my return here ! Highly recommended, Keith

I have just stayed at Vy Chhe hotel for 3 nights. Rooms are big and clean. Equipped with flatscreen tv, fridge and well working aircon. Free Wifi is strong. $15 a night is decent. Staff is friendly. Due to the size of this big hotel it may occur somewhat impersonal at times. Would stay here again when travelling to Battambang.

Neat, clean and inexpensive. The staff were very accommodating to our group, we got to see a selection of rooms before we chose which ones we wanted. They were very large rooms, clean, quiet and the bathrooms were clean.

We stayed in a standard double room and it was perfect as it was such good value for money but more importantly it was clean. Hot water was good to have and airconditioning too. Rooms were topped up with bottled water each day and staff were very helpful! We hired motorbikes too and they were well taken care of by the security staff. They were always friendly, helpful and welcoming too. There's cheap laundromat around the corner and corner shops we made use of for top up of bottled water supply and drinks and snacks. Bit noisy though..we were there during new years and afterwards and it's near a temple so you can hear the monks chanting every morning.. that was the only downside.

This is reasonable price hotel to stay. The stuff is friendly and the service is all good. It's locate in front of songke river so you can Battambang town from the top. Great that my home town has thus kind of hotel. Encourage more and more on service.

first pronunciation : "veech eye". Hard to get used to. This is a big hotel, just over the bridge from centre of town. Might seem impersonal but the staff were very helpful when I needed some items printed. Rooms are big and bright. The wifi works well. It would have been helpful to have a room safe. No food served and most options are across the bridge, especially for breakfast. Great town for seeing central part of the country. Plenty of tuk tuk tours to see the countryside. Food generally is both cheap and good. If I returned, I would stay at Vy Chhe again.
