My partner and i stayed here for 2 nights. We got an upgrade which was great seeing as the lift was broke and we had to walk up quite a few stairs. The restaurant up the top was really good and so was the breakfast. Customer service was really good as well, they helped organise the next bus and helped... More

Stayed here five nights. It's a decent hotel near town but probably not worth the $25 per night I played. Hot water never went past warm, the drains smelt and were easily blocked and the room could have been cleaner. Staff were friendly and organised a free bus station pick up. However it feels like this hotel is past its... More

We booked this hotel on Expedia as accommodation for a last minute trip to Battambang. The hotel was fine for the bargain price paid, but service was eclectic (housekeeping had forgotten towels) and the hotel was bizarrely quiet (dim, echoing corridors where housekeeping had wedged all the room doors open - had a feel of the Shining!). The indoor pool... More

The King Fy hotel is one of the best places I've stayed at in a long time. It made my stay in the rather boring town of Battambang a worthwhile experience. Staff are most helpful and friendly. Rooms are beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, quite air conditioning, very spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet on the first floor is very... More

Good location on the river front though there was hardly any water in March. Big rooms with gaudy and ornate furniture and curtains which need maintenance. Staff helpful in arranging tuk tuk for city sight seeing and bus to go to Phnom Pehn. Good value for money. We walked accross the bridge to dine on tasty street food where you... More

Nice hotel, big and clean room. The hotel has a swimming-pool (although we didn´t use it) and a ping-pong table for free. The staff was friendly. Good breakfast buffet. We booked a tuk-tuk with them to see the Killing Caves and the bat caves. Our driver was very friendly and explain us some things about the area. Recommendable the tour!... More

The King Fy is a large, modern hotel across the river but still convenient to everything in Battambang. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and eager to please. Breakfasts are wonderful, served in a rooftop open-air setting that is lovely. The rooms are well-equipped, the wi-fi first rate and everything is spotlessly clean. I recommend King Fy without reservation.

Spacious, comfortable and clean. Wonderful service. Great value. Short walk over the bridge to several restaurants. We enjoyed a very nice dinner at the rooftop restaurant. We hired Mr. Bith Phi Kun, the hotel's Tuk Tuk driver, for a full day tour. It was the highlight of our visit. He is very personable and knowledgeable. Relates many of his personal... More

You can't get better for this price. My room was located on the karakoe side and they offered to change it but since I had incredible views from two huge windows (room 409) I preferred to stay. The rooms are very clean, the bed very comfortable, the shower hot. The staff always willing to help and give advise. It being... More

Lovely staff, always keen to talk to you. We initially got one of the drivers from the hotel but he overcharges a little. For the next day we got a guy from the street and he was very honest! It was a bonus he spoke English too. Be careful with the food at breakfast; thought it was yummy we found... More
