We stayed in a main room in the house that was huge and well equipped with fridge, tv, big bathroom etc. Very solid traditional wood furniture and balcony. Room was reasonably clean but it could all do with a thorough spring clean especially the balcony area. The family were extremely kind and helpful and tried very hard to please. Free... More

We actually stayed at the Banan Hotel but went to have a look at the bungalow. It looked nice and peaceful but we found it a bit pricey compared to our hotel. The guy who showed us was nice but they would be much smarter if they provivded free bikes like our place did.It really is out of the way.It actually took... Good size room, very clean, good shower, good breakfast included, free pick up from bus station, very helpful in organising our visit and booking our bus tickets to Phnom Penh (be careful: we took the 14.45 bus which was horrible compared to the quality of the bus from Siem Reap to Battambang; we asked for the reason to the manager... The young manager had a very engaging manor about her, which made you feel right at home. We had dinner at the restaurant twice and each time it' was very nice. We had a tuk tuk driver recommended by the manager and couldnt be more happy with him. We had 2 great days touring around the Battambang countryside with him.... More

the bed rooms are so wide, in a traditional house. The dinner excellent also and everybody very kind with us. Not on the main place of the town but not too far away. More

We stayed in Battambang for one night on our way to Siem Reap from Phnom Penh. They have a resident tuk tuk driver who picked us from the bus station, and was helpful and friendly. Be warned that if you only want to do a certain amount of things then be clear to the tuk tuk driver, otherwise they'll be... More

The Bungalow in not in the centre of town but its only 5minutes by tuk-tuk there. The dirt road to it is level and straight (although we were there during the dry season) and they have a large arrow with lights stretched out over the top of the road to indicate where they are. We were in a room in... More

Unfortunately have to disagree with a lot of the reviews here - the Bungalow is quite far from the centre of Battambang. The Bungalow advertises available Tuk tuk drivers as "experienced English speakers" but our tuk tuk driver who randomly picked us up from the bus was called back to take us around!!!! Not really the experience English speaker I... More

We arrived with a taxi from Sem Reap to Battambang. We saw the Hotel and were surprised that it look so nice with a restaurant in the style of Battambang. They have a very nice outdoor covered patio. Mr.Sarath is extremely kind and gracious. A great place to relax and eat with fresh food. We eat there every evening, with... More
