This hotel would be one of the better hotel in Battambang. The hotel has a magnificent foyer area, the hotel is kept clean, pool is good, staff are friendly and efficient, very good Resturant and bar area and room size is quite generous, On the down side, the breakfast is just ok, beds are a bit on the hard side... This hotel was recommended to us by a local friend. It was quite comfortable with spacious rooms and enormous beds- two doubles together. The rooms were clean, had a mini bar and the hotel was only walking distance to the river, the markets, the French quarter and many good restaurants. The bar and the happy hour was a plus. the... Kind of "big" hotel for Cambodian provincial town. Room was nice, clean, and spacious enough with free Wi-Fi access. Breakfast was fine, but very common. Nothing special. Staff was not that smiling, but let's say it was ok. I did not try the pool. The most disappointing point is that this hotel has not an ounce of charm, which is... More

The lobby of this hotel is quite impressive and has a couple of very nice seating areas. The pool is also very nice for relaxing a bit after the heat of the day. My room was large and very clean, and the free wifi in room was appreciated. There are also a spa and restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast... More

The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it is close enough to walk to the river and the local fresh produce market. Battambang is more of a halfway stop for those traveling by road as we were doing. The entrance of the hotel looked impressive. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Aircon and free W-fi in rooms... More

We had a two night stay at this hotel, as we travelled by vehicle from Siem Riep en route to Phnom Penh. The hotel was located at the end of town, but in walking distance along the river to the local market area. Entrance looked "grand". The rooms were very big and comfortable. Free Wifi available in the room. Reception... More

This is a very large hotel in a country town. The staff were good but some seemed to have limited English which made things a bit difficult. We were provided with what we needed but not a lot extra. Having stayed in several hotels in Cambodia where the staff the service were amazing made our stay here seem less than... More

When we asked the reception to book us a bus to Siem Reap they told us the only bus leaving from Battambang was at 10 am the next morning. Because we wanted to visit Battambang, 10am was too early. So they proposed us a 45$ taxi. A quick look on the internet learned us that there are plenty of bus... More

As we drove up to the hotel it looked very impressive. However looks can be deceptive. The rooms were tired. We looked out over a garage. The beds were hard but then they all seem to be in Cambodia. Breakfast was OK and a fresh omelette could be made. We found the area un interesting

We stayed here in January for one night, booked for us by Travel Indochina. We found the beds so incredibly hard we could barely sleep. Our guide had asked for extra doonas for us to give us some extra padding but they failed to arrive. We got 2 extra pillows instead! The room was quite clean but we were woken... More
