We spend two nights there last winter with some friends and it was a blast ! Really, we couldn't expect for a more charming venue after our trip all over Myanmar. We were really waiting for this as we've spent nights in some really cheap (but ok) locations during our trip. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy... More

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are beautiful (though a little too close together) and the atmosphere is tranquil. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower with plenty of hot water. We found it so relaxing that we found ourselves cutting our excursions short, so we could spend more time decompressing at the resort.... More

My husband and I were part of a group tour and had no idea about Inle Lake. It was the loveliest surprise and to two older Australians, quite amazing. The resort was quite lovely with excellent service, individual cabins and good food. All travel in the area was by narrow long-boats (good fun) but as they approached the hotels all... More

Arrival at the resort is a unique experience. As motorboats are not allowed in the direct area of the resort, your boat is being "leg rowed" into the inlet. Arrival at the boathouse and greeted by the staff with refreshing cold towel and welcome drink. Our room for two nights was a Lake Front Villa with outdoor shower. Only slight... More

We spent a relaxing 3 nights at this hotel while touring the lake. Towards the end of a 3 week trip, it was a welcome peaceful haven. Arriving by boat is an experience and a lovely touch that engines are switched off as you approach and a local fisherman leg- rows you into the jetty. The rooms are spacious cabins,... More

My wife and I spent 3 nights here after 3 weeks touring Myanmar. Great base for touring lake highlights. Rooms are very big, we had a lakeside with veranda and outside shower. We loved breakfast, great choices, on the deck overlooking the lake. Great selection of dinner choices and reasonably priced wines, local and overseas. No TV IN ROOM SUITED... More

A great location on the edge of the lake. There is are no motors allowed near the hotel, which adds to the serenity. The rooms/cottages are very large and well appointed. The grounds are very well kept and stunningly picturesque. The food and service is of a quality that you would expect. Top tip, try the traditional massage, first rate.

It is the best available hotel/resort on the lake. it takes half an hour to get there by boat. The water front cabins are beautiful with a fireplace for the cold nights. The food is very good. a very slow WIFI in the restaurant, bar, and the reception (understandable for the location. Very friendly staff.

Inle Princess Resort is a holiday destination by itself. If you are lucky to stay in their lake front rooms. Marvellous exotic fairy tale rooms in a fairy tale setting. Almost a floating hotel on stilts. Stretched on the lake facing sit outs you might be forgiven for thinking you are the only human around. Such is the pristine location... More
