Situated on the edge of Inle Lake, this gem offers rooms in separate cottages that have very comfortable beds, a sexy outdoor shower and an excellent dining room. Spring for the special dinner in the wine cellar. It is a private dinner with wonderfully prepared and presented offerings and the local wines are surprisingly good.

My wife and I stayed at the Inle Princess Resort in 2009 and had very positive memories and while I was concerned when I learned that they had experienced a fire damaging some of their units, I was reassured when I discovered that our friends and we would all be staying in chalets right on the lake. Sitting in front... More

We stayed here for two nights. Great sunrises and sunsets. Rooms were cute very comfortable. The meals at the restaurant are very good especially the local Shan Noodles. If you have time take a stroll out the back gate to meet the friendly locals. Inle lake is such a beautiful area and way of life it is a shame that... More

Good hotels are expensive in Myanmar, but Inle P is definitely worth the outlay.... This enchanting resort (owned by a local, ecology-conscious, philanthropic entrepreneuse) is hard to fault and it has all been said by the reviewers : stunning location, beautiful, huge ethnically designed rooms, wonderful staff, best food so far in Myanmar (80% sourced locally and much of the... Again, the people made this place. It was gorgeous, on the water with great sunrise and sunset views. Access to the lake was easy and the views on the lake and the surroundings are unmatched. Really, if you are going to Myanmar, you must stop here.

We arrived a Inle Princess on a wet day in January. The hotel is absolutely beautiful & there was no evidence of the New Year's Eve fire. As the weather was bad that day I had a massage in the spa, May The was my masseuse & I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had... More

Another wonderful surprise in Myanmar, the Inle Princess is amongst the best hotels/resorts in which I have stayed anywhere in the world. The location is unsurpassed, with views from each bungalow across a lagoon and to the mountains which ring the lake. In the morning, a mist drifts picturesquely across the lagoon. In the evening, the sun sets behind the... More

Inle Princess is not on the main lake but set back amongst the reed islands. Very quiet position with lovely bungalows. Unfortunately my wife was quite ill while we were at Inle and the staff could not have been more understanding and helpful. A couple of times she was forced to eat a light snack in our room and the... More

Located in one of the most private, beautiful and well maintained area of Inle lake, this hotel has the perfect balance among comfort, authenticity and charme. All the rooms are actually bungalows and located along a Laguna full of lotus flowers. They have minimal, yet comfortable interiors very much in line with the overall place. The staff is very friendly... More

Inle Princess, like most hotels in the region, is reached by motor boat, and fronts on the lake. Rooms are very large individual cabin/suites either on the lake or on an inland pond. Teak cabins are luxurious, with good AC, comfortable bed with mosquito netting, spacious bathroom with indoor and outdoor private showers. Fine sunset views. Great restaurant with indoor... More
