This hotel is situated ON the lake, so the rooms are all on stilts. You're really transported back to nature and it is beautiful. There is an amazing view of the lake and the mountains, and you see this view once you open your eyes in the morning - priceless! There is an outdoor shower, where you can enjoy the... More

This was one of my best experiences in a hotel. The hotel is located at the banks of the Inle lake and it's a superb place if you just want to get away from the busyness of life. Rooms were fantastic and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and equipped with mosquito nets to make your sleep wonderful. There is... More

We totally enjoyed 2 nights stay in Treasure hotel which provided us the further experience of Burmese hospitality and traditional architect. The lake view cottages pleased us very much with good beds and stunning sunset view. The staffs were fantastic and their hospitality was highlighted during our stay.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and loved every minute of it! Myanmar Treasure Inle Lake is the perfect blend of western comfort meeting the beauty of Myanmar culture. The staff were better than anything we had experienced before and had a real desire to make your stay enjoyable. You could tell they had a lot of... More

A tranquil place on Earth to have a honeymoon. Room has no aircon (no need even in April) but has a mosquito net for a bed. Nice sunset viewing from your own balcony with chairs. Wifi is not available in the room.

This property has single dwelling cottages which are built over the lake, on tall stilts. It is an amazing achievement. Each cottage has its own bathroom, balcony and bed arrangement. Aircon in each cottage. The views from many of the cottages are amazing. There are mountains surrounding the lake and the place has a very serene atmosphere. The restaurant has... More

Really enjoyed visiting Inle Lake, a nice change from Mandalay. . Bungalows on stilts, own mosquito nets. Amazing place, so tranquil . Not much storage space. Everywhere here is at last 30 to 50 minute boat trip, Its worth it, boats are the main form of transport and its a nice change from buses and planes. End destination makes up... More

Your own bungalow on stilts with a very large room, including sitting area and balcony, lots of windows for ventilation. No A/C (probably not needed), very hard bed with mosquito netting (hint ?), not much storage space, fully equipped bathroom plus supplementary outside shower (great after a day of sightseeing - but not late in the evening or early in... This is a wonderful place to take a break, free from the dust the buzzing of vehicles. The trip starts with a 30 minute to 60 minute or so boat trip from the pier to the hotel. The duration is very much dependent on the location of the hotel. All the hotels are built on stilts for the lake while... More
