Shame really as desk receptionist was very polite and wanted to assist as she could. Prices are unexplainable - simply don't get that at all. Quoted €145 for 2 adults and 2 teenagers in 3 bed apartment . Old era building which echoes back to 1970's and 80's. Really can't complement staff enough for trying hard to keep us there... More

The room was horrible, the sheets were dirty. The breakfast was poor, with very bad and cheap food. The tables were dirty because there was no waiter in that restaurant in charge. I couldn't even drink a coffee. They have only two street coffee machines, that were kind of broken. We didn't have mugs, just some poor plastic cups that... More

It's just amazing how worse can be! There are 3-4 conference rooms but it's very dirty and old style. The waiters are stupid and rude with almost every guests. I will never come back in this hotel... Just a nightmare!

This hotel doesn't deserve its four stars for sure. The exterior and the lobby need reconstruction and modernisation. The rooms were actually pleasant as far as furnishing is concerned. The cleanliness, though, is a different matter. I was appalled to see how dirty the carpet was (it was actually full of hair, I cannot guess since when it hasn't been... More

The hotel conditions are good, it is clean and quiet. Unfortunately, to the shame of this hotel, I had a problem never experienced in any other hotel. When I check-out, an amount covering the cost of 10 time more of the acomodation has been withdrawn from my bank account. To my suprise the amount redrawn were not released even after... More

This is one of the most ugly communist hotels I have ever seen, even if located in a beatiful area with good views. And above all, terribly overpriced ! The rooms are very small and old, sometimes smelly, the atmosphere is dark, services are poor, the entire hotel seems to remain unchanged from the seventies or eighties when it was... More

The hotel is old, looks neglected and is overpriced. The room we stay in was of average size with average furniture and one exception - the bathroom. The bathroom was terrible - the sink was about to fall, there was a leakage from the sewer system, there was mold all around and the bathtub required acrobatic skills in order to... More

The hotel is old and terribly needs upgrades. Not friendly for disabled gusts. The bathrooms are unbelievable. The shower is a bathtub with walls so high that my elderly parent was not able to jump over and take a shower. The sink faucet was not tightly detached to its countertop base and it was hard to operate. Towels were worn... More

The Pros: - amazing architecture, amazing view from the inner courtyard - beautiful gardens - private hotel parking for your vehicle - the rooms and hallways are a work of art - amazing view from our balcony - children's playplace in the hotel garden - delicious free breakfast, good variety (potluck style if many guests are present: Bulgarian pastry, cold... The Hotel sure looks like a 3-Star Hotel. The Rooms of the Hotel unlock with an old-fashion Room-Key, instead of a Key-Card. Only the personnel of the Hotel has those Cards. The Receptionists were not bad in serving us (we were a Group of 45 Persons!), but there has been reported a significant shortage of Hot Water in the Bathrooms.... More
