We had a wonderful stay at Akvaya Hotel-reasonably priced, very clean rooms, comfortable bed, really helpful staff, breakfast is ok (coffee, juice, English/continental breakfast). They have an underground private car park where you can book a parking space(free of charge), though you need to be quite a good driver as it's quite narrow. The hotel is at a 20 minutes... More

Is it easy to find the hotel, not far from city center.Excelent stuff , large room and clean , parking underground. Meal is also very teasty and good. Perfect choice when traveling in this city. Personel is friendly and comunicative. And everthing at a very good price.

Stayed in a Studio for two nights on HB basis on a promotion. Quick check-in, friendly and helpful staff, good service. Narrow corridors and lift, but the suite was spacious enough. Average bed and furniture, but very cozy place, well decorated. There was a terrace also. Clean, comfortable bathroom (shower only). The restaurant serves traditional Bulgarian dishes, a basic, humble... More

There's no Wi-Fi in lux-room on 5 floor, the signal is too weak. When you fill the bath the water become dirty, because nobody wash the drenage system. You can't see the attractions out of the window, because they are too far away. The room was very dusty. IMHO I have payed for nothing.

Well, in several words - you get what you pay for. Not too bad for this money. Room was big and cozy enough. About breakfast - you can choose from a list, the food is enough to start the day. Really annoying thing is the small elevator! It is almost impossible to use it when you are with the baby... More

As I said in the title - we liked it. I stayed there with a couple of friends. So I could see two different rooms; both with a nice panoramic view over the ruins of the Tsarevets citadel. Ours was a bit smaller but nonetheless cozier (the girl at the reception desk told us about it's smaller surface and offered... More

The rooms are large but the furniture, fixtures, matress, bedlinen, towels etc., etc., etc. are the cheapest/terrible. In both the rooms I stayed in(after switching!) the shower water did not drain and almost flooded the bathrooms. As said - forget it and try elsewhere !
