Absolutely great location with a uninterrupted view of the castle. Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic but are clean large and comfortable with fridge and free WiFi. Only one quibble towels are tired and need to be changed.

The private parking is limited (3 cars) and we had to park on-street but it seems to be safe. The hotel was a real find. We got a suite, (best room in the house), dinner, bed and breakfast for the ludicrously-cheap price of 36 Euros per night for two of us! On our first (of 3) night, we were treated... More

It is worth staying at this hotel - its really good value - we paid $45 a night for a double with breakfast and evening meal - the food is very good. The hotel has a wonderful view across to the fortress and old city wall - you can watch the sound and light show in the evening from your... More

The hotel has a great view over the castle. In the night you can see the light show in the castle. The food is good. The ploblem is that the rooms are near the street and is noisy. The rooms are not so clean.

This hotel is situated on a busy road high above the castle. It's location is stunning with magnificent views especially from the top floor dining room. Although somewhat tired the owners have tried hard to provide a good service for the price charged. The owners do not speak English but one or two of the staff did. The food was... More

The hotel has good location, in the old city center. The owner does not speak english except some employees. The hotel has several types of rooms but we had a pretty bad room: no balcony, dirty tiles in all room, twin bed, shower broken, odour in all the room, no safe. Parking is public, unpaved with limited seating (about 6).The food... More

This small hotel offers great deals and is located near the fortress and the old town. I don't know why it is rated only with 2 stars as it's service definetly worths more. Big modern room, big breakfast, very clean. Only inconveniences were the noisy street above which was the room and the noisy refrigerator.

Was our first accommodating in Bulgaria. We felt just perfect. They give as room no. B (yes a letter not a number) from the first floor. The room was huge with a very nice balcony facing the superb panorama of Tsarevets and Trapezitsa Fortress and hills (BTW the proximity to Tsarevets Fortress (5 min walking) increase the deal). The Yantra... More

Very nice hotel with perfect location. From the balcony you can see the fortress. We booked a double room but got the apartment at the same price. Very good value for the money and the receptionist was very calm and polite. we had half-board, the dinner was great, drinks are not included but are cheap (1 Euro for a beer).... More
