Terrible place, we don't recomended this place, it was auful, dirty, there was no hot water. We pay for two nights and stay only one. it doesn't look like a 4 star hotel, maybe motel. we have to pay for the pool, but it was very small and a lot of people.

This doesn't look like a 4 star hotel. Maybe it was a 4 star hotel 10 years ago but it's in poor condition. The room and bathroom were not very well cleaned. We found hair in the bathroom and some old tooth paste on the sink. The sheets were ripped. The walls had lots of stains and there was no... More

Overall the Kaylaka hotel was ok. The hotel is about 2-3 km away from Pleven, in a nice quiet area. Altough there was a weding at hotel venue, the music was pretty loud but inside the room it was pretty quiet besides some 4am chattering from wedding guests and loud fireworks around 1am. The room was clean and pretty spacious,... More

I stayed in the hotel for just one night. I was traveling with the entire family, five people total, including children. We were there for a wedding. we stayed in one of the apartments, which was a good fit for us. This is definitely not a four-star hotel, probably a two-star one. It is also quite cheap, so it is... Not 4 star, renovated, but old furniture, rooms are not clean, there are spiders eveywhere. Beautiful nature outside. Expensive hotel, poor quality. Food is ok, but nothing special....................

This hotel is steeped in style and scale of former times with long corridors offering rooms for apparatchiks grades. There is a round table committee room and the trappings of good living from another era, in the form of a pool table and comfy chairs on each floor . The once grand pool is full of pea green soap. The... More

First of all, the hotel is situated in a very peaceful and serene area , located in a very beautiful park.A lot of traditional art can be seen around the hotel and it really adds to the atmosphere of the place.Views are great and rooms are tight , the mood is very well fit for couples. It is great value for... First of all its an eastern block hotel in a rural area so don't expect the same standards of service you would get in a major western city. That said the hotel is very nice, rooms are large & generous bed was comfortable, doesn't appear to be any maid service so make your own beds not a major hardship. The... More

We stayed as part of a tour group. Our room was dirty, the carpet had very obviously not been vacuumed and there was a full ashtray on our balcony. The bed, apart from being so low to the ground it could have been mistaken for a mattress on the floor, was very uncomfortable. The bed linen was folded in the... More
