Nice wooden design hotel in old city of Nessebar. Close to beach area and major attractions of old part of city on convenient location. Bus station (connections to other cities) is 6-7 minutes of walk.

Nice intimate hotel in south central Nessebar. Location was superb a view of the black sea and St Stefans church. Great for access to the shops and restaurants. Service was fine and breakfast was reasonable (well apart from the orange squash). Would recommend.

Dear guest, thank you very much for your review! The internet connection is really a problem for The Old town of Nessebar and Sunny beach resort, especially in the summer but we hope that soon this problem will be solved. We really appreciate your review and hope to see you again next year! More

Visiting Nesebar for a day and looking for a room, I visited this hotel. No rooms available - no problem, but looking for a beer I visited the hotel restaurant but tried to check the toilette first. BIG SURPRISE! I was not allowed to go to toilette unless I was already a customer at the table! Never happened in my... More

Dear Valeteen, I am very sorry for the bad attitude that you received. In fact the man that you described is the lessee of the restaurant - this man is not the hotel owner and does not have anything in common with the hotel. We can not do anything about his bad behaviour although we spoke with him about this.... More

Typical for Bulgaria the hotel staff was trying to take advantage of their customers especially of foreigners. While our stay was fine at check out we were asked if we used anything from the mini bar. To be honest i didn't even know there is one as we were so close to bars and restaurants right outside that never even... More

Stayed one night. Our room had a lovely view of the Black Sea. The room was clean, well equipped and quiet. WiFi was good. Breakfast was quite decent. The location of the hotel was perfect. The area is very, very touristy.

We had to book a room for the last night in Bulgaria, we loved nessebar which is extraordinarily pretty place with lots to see and do. This hotel is very very good, the room was a double, not so large but very clean with a great balcony over looking the sea (in our case) It was not expensive and the... More

Great staff, room clear and confortable. Good position in the center of the old Nessebar, close to the bus station (1.30 lev each person to reach sunny beach), close to the sea and close to the typical restaurants. We found a really kind receptionist who help us at c/in organizing our transfer for the next day to Burgas airport. Good... More

Firstly, I've seen many reviews of the restaurant that is located within the premises of the hotel and which does apparently not belong to the hotel management. So diregard any restaurant reviews when looking for information regarding this hotel. Overall nice hotel in a good location, lovely sea view, clean, okay breakfast. Wouldn't call it boutiqe as far as room... More

The hotel is in a convenient part of the island for the amphitheater, the beach and the bars. We had the breakfast one morning (very good croissants, nightmarish diluting juice). You don’t get your breakfast in the adjoining restaurant, instead they send you to the basement. One bit of advice for the hotel that would improve the experience would be... More
