I've recently came back from a three days vacation in Nessebar. We've stayed at Hotel Arsena -a hotel which i found it on the internet. It is a 4 Stars hotel on paper but it has some drawbacks. We got a room on the second floor with a seaview(almost every room has a seaview from what i saw)The room was spacious (not that... I was mislead into believing that this hotel was 4*. In reality, the foyer is 3* and the rooms 2* . The bathroom was the worse. The shower doors were broken and when we notified the receptionist, nothing was done. Hence, when we wanted to use the toilet, there was water all over the floor. The staff were very unfriendly.... Pros: good location, nice looking from the outside, rooms were clean and bathroom was decent Cons: inside is very cheap-feeling; rooms all smelled of a strange plastic; decor was tired and outdated; breakfast was awful and served barely until 9:00am, not 10:00am as they say; service was abysmal on a variety of different fronts. I was here with about 40... More

Nice big rooms, huge bathrooms and very clean. BUT the personal in the reception, breakfast room and the poolbar??? Never a smile and if you asked for help they don´t know anything and they are more interested in their smartphones instead of their guests. Surely disapointed. But Anna, the salesmanager is a super woman doing her outmost for her guest... More

We just fell in love with this hotel right from the start. We were greeted with smiles immediately and the staff was more than welcoming. They were extremely helpful since we didn't know the area. They also had great recommendations for fun day trips. The restaurant was incredible. The food was well presented and tasted amazing. My fiance is quite... More

We loved that this hotel is not too big, therefore more friendly (including the staff, everybody was exceptionally kind!). We booked a room with sea view, which was amazing. The room is big enough, well equipped and clean, towels are changed every day. Bed is comfortable, sleeping is quiet (walls are not thin). Breakfast was not too rich but I... More

The location of this hotel is very nice, just at the beach, next to the Black Sea. The rooms, however, are not very clean and amenities, such as the TV or fridge, are a bit out-dated. The food is very good and the staff is also very friendly. Also the terace restaurant offers a very relaxing atmosphere. The old town... More

We arrived at the hotel to enquire about a room and were immediately shown one for our inspection by a friendly and efficient young woman at the desk. The room was large, clean and great sea view. We arrived late in the season - mid October - and many hotels, restaurants were closed. In the Arsena we were the only... More
