Had an amazing stay in the Marieta Palace. The hotel is very modern and everything is spotlessly clean. The rooms are really big with a good sized balcony and the rooms on higher floors have a great view over the nearby apartment blocks to the sea. TThe bathroom was great and the shower was the best Ive ever had! The swimming pool is on the top of the hotel and is relatively small but is usually very quiet and looks very pretty. On one day we even had the pool completely to ourselves which was great! Breakfast was fine with a wide selection of different things. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to old nessebar and 10 minutes to the south nessebar bar beach so everywhere is pretty accessible. Marieta Palace is only a relatively small hotel so it had a lot more character than some of the much bigger hotels being built on south nessebar beach. There is also a nice outdoor bar, bowling alley and a disco but we never heard any noise!
