While the room have been renovated apparently and are quite pleasant looking at the mountain, the service is appalling, the food awful and you have to run to get your breakfast if you arrive around 10am as at 10.05am there is nothing to eat anymore as everything is back in the kitchen already. they forgot to do our room one... Nice renovated hotel in Borovets but nothing interesting in the surrounding. Far away from the slopes and center. Loud AC heating in the rooms. No minibar. Small amount of amusement in the hotel. Nice SPA and swimming pool. Service OK.
