The food included is a joke. I am verry dissapointed. It was the lowest value from restaurant's menu. Otherwise, the rooms are large, clean and nice value for the money. Hotel has a pool good for the kids. The sea and "beach" is a little far downhill.

If your goal is a visit to Balcic with a decent budget then this is one good choice you can make. It is a clean hotel, situated near the entrance of the Palace, surrounded by a garden. Easy access to the street and beach as well, everything within a 5 minutes walking distance. Hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful,... More

Nice place, close to the botanical garden and the castle. There are good restaurants near by. It has a nice pool, free wifi and parking and smiling staff. It's an old place but kept in good condition.

We stay just one weekend night (19/20.07) and it was ok, our cheep comfort room was renovated, all was new (except the doors) the bad was big and comfortable with new mattress, the food fresh and enough for breakfast, and the dinner was a surprise -the next door restaurant served us a big grill with french fries and salad-and the... I stayed in a comfort room. Unfortunately this type of room is not part of the renovated area of the hotel. The furniture was very old and dusty and the bed had a weird noise and I could not sleep well. The bathroom was not very clean and it had a disturbing smell. In the morning I was instantly waken... I was at this hotel in the end of august with my family. i choose this hotel because of his position and good reviews from booking.com, especially for the outdoor pool. The room was a double superior with sea view, equipped with a refrigerator for drinks and snacks, air conditioning and a small lcd tv. The hotel is very close... More

We arrived after being on the road for five hours and we walk in and there is no soap in the bathroom. We called reception and they were like: oh, well... we don't provide soap in our hotel and then started quoting statistics on how it doesn't make sense to provide soap. Really? You might as well not call yourselves... More

The place is awesome, the view is breathtaking. During my stay , the staff fulfilled every need I had. They were really friendly and nice. The hotel is right next to the Palace of the Romanian Queen. It takes a minute to go to the beach. Next year I`m definetly comming back.

Staying here for second year, Hotel Bisser is the best hotel to stay in Balchik. Wonderful rooms, great service and unforgettable views. We are definitely coming back here next year for one long summer.

IT's a communist hotel with communist services. I checked-in a superior room with sea-view. The view is ok. The furniture is ok. The services are very poor. I stayed for 3 days, the towels were not changed, no room cleaning. There was no soap in the room, and when i asked they told me they don't provide this service. I... More

Dear Sir, I am very sorry, that You are so negative about our hotel. Communism is something very serious and I will not discuss it with You, because You are too young to remember and for You it is just a word. I see that You liked the room and the view - this is what we sell - rooms.... More
