My fourth stay at this hotel in the past year and again I was happy with the service. I had one small issue during my last visits, the small indoor pool always looked dirty but on this stay it has been cleaned. I used the hotel more often this time for food to and again I was happy with the... More

I had a very clean and comfortable room in the 14th floor where the noise from the street didn't bother much. Very nice bed, I did sleep really well :) Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location next to shopping center and supermarket. Although this was a business trip it would have been nice to have a cozy pub to have... More

Rooms are clean and nice but very, very noisy. The highway and street noise is really Bad If You get the room from wrong side of the hotel. Wireless network is bad. I have made several complaints about this matter and seems that nobody is interested to fix this issue. For the business traveller the network is important tool and... More

The hotel has very friendly staff and a nice attitude to the guests, always good. The problem I had was that as the windows don't close properly, one is a vented one, and so it's quite noisy if you're on the front side. (ask for a high room at the rear). The weather was particularly cold during my visit, max... More

Dear Sir, Thank you for your comments and observations, collaborating with our ongoing process of improvement. Our windows are not soundproof, but we don’t often receive comments about closing them. We will certainly check the locks in order to perform our maintenance, if needed. Regarding the heating on colder days, really uncommon in Sorocaba, we do provide extra blankets upon... More

The Shopping mall is next door (my wife love it) and has a very nice view of the city, the room was clean and I enjoy the little kitchen (very convenient) just the breakfast should have more options but was inclusive so can't complain too much. Will definitely return with the family. Claudio Barboza

Nice hotel. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Food is not very good but there is a large shopping mall next door with several places to eat. The bar is small and modern and has a good selection of drinks. Maybe worth buying a phrase book before you arrive as only the receptionists speak English.

Myself and many of my colleagues have stayed here for business since early April, most of us for nearly 2 weeks each. Hotel amenities very similar to Hampton Inns in the USA, but the rooms are larger, bathrooms smaller. I had a standard room. ~5,000 BTU wall unit A/C with remote control. The "rack rate" of this room is R$405... More
