I am a accustomed traveller who usually accept the most, having in mind the I have to adjust to the local culture and not the other way around. When it's up to credit cards and which information a company needs to bill me, I am more than strict: You cannot, absolutely CANNOT, take my credit card's CCV, especially without telling... More

Only stayed for 1 night. Some people have criticised the size of the rooms but I thought it was fine for a city centre hotel, especially compared to European cities. The bed was really comfy and had a thin duvet which was nice rather than just a sheet. The bathroom was large with a massive shower and plenty of hot... More

The hotel is located in one of the best neighborhoods of sao paulo surrounded by good restaurants and bars close to the subway station and the business area of town. The breakfast was a surprising differential with a wide variety of tasty options. It has a helpful staff. No complaints about my stay.

The hotel is only a bit above average but the staff make all the difference. English is not their strongest point but they will do their best to help you. Good breakfast and reasonable facilities. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Internet is good. Cafe/restaurant probably poor in terms having a good area to work/have business meetings. Hotel was... More

I have stay at Royal Jardins Boutique more than a dozen times in my whole life, since it its very close to my family's house in Sao Paulo. The more time passes, the worse it gets. During Dec 2014, I stayed at the hotel for 2 times and faced several problems: - Both rooms with a lot of dust; -... More

I stayed at the royalJardins in 2013 and loved the hotel. Yesterday my experience was appauling. I had booked two rooms at the hotel for a business trip for nights. On check without my knowledge the clerk charged my card for the full stay for both rooms. I founfd out that the room had no bath, no tea/coffee making facilities,... More

The hotel is positioned in a very quiet street just off the main Paulista Avenue very safe neighbourhood at night. The hotel its self is what you pay for its a four star hotel (3star) if from Europe, basic facilities, WIFI struggles to work in guest bedrooms. Rooms very clean and breakfast good.

Close to Avenida Paulista, in the Jardin area, very good position! A lot of nice restaurants in the area. Not far from shops and galleries area. Good and various breakfast! Helpfull and kind staff, speaking English!

Flies in the shower, thin walls, and basic furnishings. Filthy dirty hallways. The cleaning staff would pile the linens in the floor In the hall while making their way through the rooms. Gross. The food at the Restauraunt was marginal and the room service worse.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel on 11th floor. Room is clean and big enough. The beds are fine, it's not noisy and the shower is extremely powerful. The advantage of this hotel is the location. On walking distance you have plenty of streets with very original and beautiful stores and plenty of restaurants. It's difficult to choose as... More

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
