I've stayed a few times and keep going back. Decor is a bit traditional - some might say dated - and the breakfast is good rather than outstanding; but the location and value for money are excellent. Ask for a room on the top floor (huge duplexes) or a corner room on the other floors, which are also decent. Helpful... More

Stayed in one of the duplex suites and thought that it was great value compared to some of the prices we had researched. There were balconies on both floors. Breakfast was not one of the best we encountered on our tour with little attention sometimes being given to the hot options. The restaurant only seemed to be open one day... More

In an overpriced city the Landmark Residence is a very good option to a really good value. 5 nights 480 USD breakfast included, 1 water per day and one lunch. Excellent staff, internet working, outdoor pool and even the breakfast is ok. Lunch during the week good and cheap. Great location. Would go back there! The upgrade in a higher... More

This flat is very well located, two blocks from Consolação metro station at Avenida Paulista. It is also at a walking distance from nice restaurantes. The room is very big, but the furniture is a bit old. The breakfast has a good variety of options of bread, pastries and fruit. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was making a... More

Its all about location, location, location - safe and central. The hotel, as per comments from other contributors, is dated. Nonetheless, the rooms are clean and all facilities work to a tee. Wifi was free but not the quickest - note, if there's more than one person wanting to jump on the 'net you will not be able to do... More

I've Stayed at the hotel a few times , my impressions : good The Hotel is very well located for the Paulista Avenue region, with easy access to metro and nice restaurants . The rooms are quite large and comfortable , having a dividing door between the bed and the siting room with a micro kitchen. The breakfast is good... More

Location, breakfast and staff are excellent. Fair stay, but could be a bit cheaper as a compensation for the cons I explain below. The property is getting old and rufurbishments are delayed although happening, so things look old in general. Some itens in the bathroom get broken (toilet bowl clogged) and look so old that makes the guest thinks twice... More

The build is ok, the apartment decoration is fine. And the size is good. But I didn't like the service at all. First I stayed for two weeks, during this time I observed that my apartment never been cleaned, was really dirt, my hair and dust was all over the place, the made basically just make your bad. Once I... More

Perfect location in jardim area, very close to Paulista and the metro lines. Hotel is business oriented but also good for a holiday stay - rooms are big with separate bed and living areas, and ours had a balcony - ten floors up! Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was standard. All together a good choice for a stay... More

I choose this hotel for the location and a decent rate (less than 100 euros). When I arrived, it was raining and the entrance was full of what looked like kitchen cloths. It really gave a bad impression. But then the checkin was fast and efficient. The room is a small flat. Bedroom, living room and a small kitchen. Big... More

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
