The Landmark Residence is a very comfortable 'home away from home'. The staff is friendly and professional. There was always one person at the desk who spoke English. They even called a bus company for me to arrange transportation out of Sao Paulo, in order to translate for me. The room was clean and well taken care of. The tap... More

The Landmark Residence is located in the Jardins area inside São Paulo. It is in the better (and safe) and close to good shopping and restaurants. It is only a few min walk to the subway as well. The service is OK and staff is friendly. The rooms are fairly outdated and in need of a brush up. Although worth... More

Awesome hotel cum apartment. It was my first visit to São and really found value for money with comfortable place to stay. It's available with kitchenette facilities on demand and staff will provide you all needed utensils. It has gas stove, microwave and mini fridge in room. Rooms are spacious with hall, bedroom and separate space for kitchen. Bathroom too enough... More

The room is pretty big, the bed is pretty comfortable (which is a rarity in Brazil!) and the position is great. Breakfast is also not bad at all! I do recommend the place, the prize itself is reasonable, given the position.

The room is really amazing! beyond the bedroom, there is a good living room, a balcony and a small kitchen. The decor is a little bit old, mas everything is clean and clear. If possible, choose floors above the 5th, because they were rebuilt recently and the city view is very nice! Nevertheless, the high point is the location. A... More

The hotel is absolutely fine. Rooms and bathrooms are very big though a little run down. One of the windows only had one window pane (which might be standard for the region) but the room got pretty cold at night and since the room was facing the street it got very noisy in the mornings. The internet was very spotty... More

I've stayed a few times and keep going back. Decor is a bit traditional - some might say dated - and the breakfast is good rather than outstanding; but the location and value for money are excellent. Ask for a room on the top floor (huge duplexes) or a corner room on the other floors, which are also decent. Helpful... More

Stayed in one of the duplex suites and thought that it was great value compared to some of the prices we had researched. There were balconies on both floors. Breakfast was not one of the best we encountered on our tour with little attention sometimes being given to the hot options. The restaurant only seemed to be open one day... More

In an overpriced city the Landmark Residence is a very good option to a really good value. 5 nights 480 USD breakfast included, 1 water per day and one lunch. Excellent staff, internet working, outdoor pool and even the breakfast is ok. Lunch during the week good and cheap. Great location. Would go back there! The upgrade in a higher... More

This flat is very well located, two blocks from Consolação metro station at Avenida Paulista. It is also at a walking distance from nice restaurantes. The room is very big, but the furniture is a bit old. The breakfast has a good variety of options of bread, pastries and fruit. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was making a... More

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
