The good thing about this hotel is its customer service. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Most of them are quite fluent in English as well and this is a bit comforting in São Paulo where language can become a bit of an issue to go by, unless you speak Portuguese. The breakfast was good as well. Lots of... More

I have used this hotel since 2001. It has always been my "comfort zone" in São Paulo. The rooms have everything you need. And the personnel is very nice and professional. Simple but nice breakfast, free parking, great location. Would be perfect if the rooms had a modern "split" AC.

I stayed at the Transamerica Executive in Jardim during the 2014 FIFA world cup. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, answering all of my questions regarding the best restaurants, shopping, and places to watch the game. The location is probably the best in Sao Paulo. You can walk around at any... More

Been at the hotel during easter. The restaurant was closed due to the holiday which sounded a little bit weird. Also there was a renovation going on with the terrace so we haven't had the chance to enjoy a coffee outside. Having to wait for your room to be prepared after ages of flight over atlantic doesn't help at all.... More

The neighborhood is safe and there are tons of restaurants in the area. Take a 15-20 minute walk in any direction and you have even more. Staff speaks good English and the breakfast buffet was very well done. Wi-fi is free with code. Highly recommend.

This hotel is not fancy by any means, and actually needs some serious refurbishment. The rooms are decent sized, but bathrooms are VERY VERY small. However, the friendliness of the front office staff, their willingness to help and the extra effort they make to make you comfortable, is worth staying at the hotel. We stayed there for nearly two weeks for... More

Hotel is in a really good location, safe to walk around the surrounding area. Walking distance for getting something to eat. Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
