This is the fourth time I've stayed at this hotel. Rooms are still great, as is the location. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, although breakfast service was indifferent. I had trouble connecting to the wi-fi from the bedroom this time (never happened before), although connection from the living room was fine. Still highly recommend it!

After many years changing Hotel at every trip to Sao Paulo, I finally found my favourite place to stay when I am there! This is a Residence, so, instead of having just a room, you have an apartment all for yourself: Kitchen, leaving room, a spacious room, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. Everything is excellent, and having so much space just... More

Stayed at the George V Casa Branca previously during the World Cup and it was excellent. So my first choice for a stopover stay in Sao Paulo in October. Some of the staff remembered me and the room was once again spacious and well equipped. George V Casa Branca is not cheap, but I have stayed at a lot of... More

The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable and included a down comforter. There was a large selection of snacks and drinks in the room. The staff was perfect and they were fluent in English. The bar and restaurant was small but adequate. I will return!

Very spacious suites. 2 bathrooms. Very large en-suite marble bathroom with glass shower. Lots of closet/drawer space. Air-conditioning very strong with 2 separate temperature controls for bedroom and living room. Full kitchen. Big spacious balcony. 2 TVs. Excellent front desk. Always someone there who speaks English. Never had to wait in a line-up at front desk for anything. Safe neighbourhood... More

I think the past week must have been like my third or fourth stay there. Suite 201 was non smoking for while but on a smoking floor, lots of space in the living and bathroom, nice little balcony toward the street that is calm by megalopolis city standards. Attention to the room varies greatly with staff: from perfect to bringing... More

This is my second time at this hotel and I still like it a lot. Large suite, with kitchenette, living room, walk in closet, small balcony etc. etc. Very well maintained and clean. Good wireless internet and great location, within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Room for improvement in two areas: Staff are friendly but service is not... More

We stayed at this hotel on an unplanned visit to Sao Paulo during the world cup. Sao Paulo was relatively daunting as we had no plans to go to a game. The hotel is in an exceptionally charming suburb of Sao Paulo completely hidden from bustle. Some of the city's best restaurants and shopping are in the very nearby Oscar... More

4 star hotel, right next to the start of Oscar Friere, which has some good shopping if you're into designer stuff. also some good bars and restaurants. Surrounded by well guarded high rise apartment blocks. In fact most of the shops are equally well guarded. Reception was v helpful and friendly. Nice big room. Even had a well equipped kitchenette.... More

I was staying in Sao Paulo for the World Cup. Great atmosphere in Brazil despite all the nay sayers and negativity that always surround these huge events. My experience here (and in 4 other World Cups) is that things are very well organised and a very nice welcome has been laid on. Based on TripAdvisor reviews, we selected the Casa... More

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
