The hotel is perfectly located for anyone who has to do business in the Av. Paulista region. The rooms are typically divided in a living, bedroom and mini-kitchen area, which is great especially if you stay longer. But the facilities are all a bit run-down, although clean. The pool on the roof was closed for maintenance. Wifi is not included... More

There are many positive points:rooms are large and clean, staff is helpful and kind, breakfast does not let you hungry, you park your car without extra fee .But first of all, location is the best! Besides, they have a small but fair enough kitchen in the room, so you can fix something for dinner " at home"...

London Class Suites may be good for those willing to stay several days or weeks but it is not for those, like me, who stayed only one or two nights. Some characteristics: breakfast is very weak, location is good, staff is cordial and helpful, internet access is charged, the bed is not very comfortable, the room cleanliness is just good... More

The best thing about this hotel is its central location and its large decent rooms which as an apart-hotel come with living room, small kitchen and bedroom. Unfortunately, the rooms are nothing to write home to your mother about so the main advantage of this place is the size of the rooms (they are large) and the fact that the... More

the appart hotel is directly on the center of Sao Paulo near the Paulista Avenue. Connection with the metro. No issue with the safety. poosiblity to park the car in the street of the hotel. Large appartment; minutes at foot from paulista avenue. Verry central for business appointment.

Totally outdated! Very poor and not safe (couldn't lock windows and balcony door). Internet does not work, entrance looks shabby. Checked out after 1 night. Would not recommend to stay here! There are way better options in the neighbourhood.

I found that this apartment hotel was very convenient in downtown Sao Paulo , The apartment was spacious , had a kitchen , balcony , wide bathroom and conveniently located near by Av. paulista. i stayed twice in this hotel and on my second stay the hotel reception was very accommodating to checking us in at 05:00 AM without charging... For those who need a hotel around Avenida Paulista, the location is very good. However, it looks and feels like the apartment was decorated in the middle 1980's and since then only minor fixing seemed have been done. Once you enter the spaced apartment (room with tv set and couch, small kitchen, bathroom and bed room) you might feel like... More

We spent a couple days here before we traveled out of town for my brother's wedding.I loved being right in the City. Walking distance to great shopping and dinning. A quick drive from other sites to see (museums and parks). The view from the roof-top pool is excellent day and night.

Myself, along with 9 others stayed here for 4 nights before traveling to my fiancé’s town for our wedding. Overall, it met what basic needs we were looking for. It certainly was not luxurious, however, I felt very safe and comfortable, which was the most important thing to me. The free breakfast was pretty good and the hotel is located... More

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
