Fantastic choice for anyone visiting Sao Paulo. Don't let the small lobby fool you! We were greeted with warm hand cloths and bottled water at the reception area. It was a nice touch after the long travel day we had. We had a prompt check-in and our luggage was brought to our room with 10 minutes of arrival. Everything about... More

The lobby and decor of the room are quite outdated, but the bed, shower and especially the breakfast are good. Kind and helpful staff as well. The location is also quite nice. A bit far from everything, but quiet. One major problem: the plumbing isn't up to scratch, so the toilet doesn't always flush. For the price they charge for... More

The hotel delivers what is expected for the price. The room is comfortable, very clean and has a balcony. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Also great breakfast included on the room rate. The only minor problem was that the bed had one side of the bed was a little lower than the other. Not something to disturb the... More

We picked this Hotel because of the Trip Advisor rating but our experience has been at the poor end of the scale. The rooms are small but clean, but noisy. On the second morning we received a wake-up call at 4.30am - but I hadn't asked for one. On the third morning we received a wake-up call again at 4.30am... More

I am frequently travelling to this hotel for business purposes with long stays (2 or 3 weeks per month). It's well placed in Sao Paulo, nice rate quality vs price and what is important in the case you have long stays: you feel like home...besides, if you have a problem, the girls in the reception are great and there to... Very nice location in a safe and lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, cafe's, etc... There's a restaurant in the hotel, but its always a bit empty so I was eating elsewhere within a block or 3 from the hotel every night. The rooms are not very big, but efficiently decorated and very comfy beds, the housekeeping can be... More

I came to two business day and extended my stay to the weekend. Easy checkin, lovely staff. The Breakfast buffet is nice, with freshly squeezed orange juice, tropical fruits, 4 kind of bread. The last floor (19th) features a functional fitness center with treadmills, gym, and swimming pool. The hotel is very close to good restaurants and shopping malls. During... More

Presently staying here on my last night of a business trip. I've stayed at their sister property at the Clarion is my preferred choice. Smaller property with basically the same amenities but not as noisy at this hotel, both from the street as well as people in the hallways. Nice buffet breakfast. Different than what one receives in the US.... More
