I've been there four nights during an exhibition. Check in and check out were very long, at any time there was a cue in front of the desk. I recommend to pre-authorize by credit card also the extras, otherwise you have to pay directly everything including internet connection (value about 4 euros)for which I was required to go personally to... more

Bill and credit cards overcharges, no communication among different departments, the longest line I have ever seen in a hotel reception, group check-in at the front desk and front desk attendants composed basically by trainees. One of the most important Tourism Fair in Brazil occured at the Anhembi Convention Center and all my tourism trade mates shared the same opinion.... more

Our long flight from Dubai ended finally at the Sao Paulo International airport. The hotel is a 20 minute drive from the airport at around midnight and 45 minutes to 1 hour drive during the day time. The location is excellent for visiting the fair. The rooms have been clean and spacious. there is a nice indoor pool and breakfast and the restaurant is above average. more
