I have used Slaviero a few times, but never this unit in SP. I wish I hadn't. From check-in, with an untrained staff person (I don't think it's so much the fault of the people themselves, but the lack of training) who couldn't resolve another check-in that was in front of me (35-minute waiting time), to mine. Even with a paid reservation, an exercise in bureaucracy over a slow check-in process. The room, just for one night, was fine - except for the noiseless anti-noise windows. Next to the airport, I need not comment on what happens; a single word is enough. I didn't even have breakfast so as not to run any more risks. And then I made the foolish mistake of forgetting an item in the room. What was the point? The phone doesn't work (The phone number on Google is the same as the one given to me by Central - that is - neither they have any other way), Slaviero's customer service center provides the same phone that doesn't work, email with no answer, WhatsApp too, nothing works. A pity. I went precisely because I had had great experiences in other hotels of the chain, but it seems that this was passed. They forgot how to provide good service.

The air conditioning was very noisy. There was a tray with food on the floor in front of my room. I talked to the front desk staff and they told me they didn't have employee at night. The magnetic key system failed a lot and when I tryed to complaint the employee in the front desk was very rude.

I was totally unlucky on my first stay. I got the last floor right under the gym. You hear all the noise and the hotel in on the airplanes route to Congonhas airport. Airplane noise every 5 minutes. At night it reduces a little but still, if you're used to that, it is hard to rest. Air conditioning vents directed straight to the bed. Hard to level it to a comfortable temperature. Good rooms, wifi and breakfast. Charged parking at the hotel.

Pleasant but it would have been better if more staff could understand and talk English. The noise levels were a little bit high with the traffic in the street and the airplanes. The front desk personnel were friendly.

As an English speaking customer the lack of any chan.nels in English made for a week with no access to world news or entertainment at night. This hotel is dirrectly in flight path so is very noisy after 6 am and before 9:30 pm.

I don't know where to start because this was a horrible, horrible experience. The people working for the hotel were all lovely, especially the doorman for the days I was there. But this place, avoid it. Quality it is not. My first night, I realized it was going to be bad even before I entered. The airplanes are passing very, very close overhead. This noise is NOT mild. Even in rooms facing away from the airport. They start at ca. 530 am and run until 11pm - every 2 minutes. Loud. So loud I actually recorded the noise. It is only made worse by the airco, which is impossibly loud. You can't sleep with it on so cool the room down (if possible) because that is all you can do. This is not isolated. My first night I switched to 3 rooms, each had its own issues. So it wasn't a bad room. They are all bad rooms. My colleagues were also complaining, so, just avoid this. First room - reasonably clean, Bathroom looked worn. But ok, I unpacked, etc. Then I pulled back the sheets and this is where the nightmare started. There was BLOOD on the sheets. BLOOD. I called downstairs to have the bed changed, and about 10 minutes later someone came up with a sheet and gave it to me. What am I supposed to do with it, I asked? Isn't there someone to come and clean? NO. Then I showed him the bed, and they got the problem. There is no housekeeping in the PM. So I was moved. Second room - moving everything in there, looked ok. Was told 1/2 way through the move that it actually belonged to someone else. Oops...then room 3. Third room - moving all from room 2 to 3 it looked ok. Then...pube on the toilet. Ugh. By then I was just too tired to demand another room, because this wasn't the end of it. The window frame of one window simply collapsed off the wall when I tried drawing the drapes. The other window - it wouldn't shut. That's right - it wouldn't close all the way. And it was 30 degrees C outside and there are airplanes flying every two minutes above your head AND the room was street side. So bring earplugs. I stayed the other two nights - my favorite hotel was fully booked and my company made these reservations. I would have never reserved this place - it was done through centralized procurement. Basically, the noise was horrible. The hotel left me two hand written notes apologizing and sending me treats (chocolate/cookies - didn't eat them). But despite the people being nice, it doesn't take away from the fact that this place is a ruin, unfixed, not well kept up. Doesn't deserve the number of stars it has. Location is bad - noise is awful (planes AND airco). Reserve at your own risk. I'd rather pay more and get some sleep.

If u do not mind noisy jets landing in Congonhas airport and passing just 100mt over the hotel roof, Than It is a perfect stay. Nice, clean, upper floor pool, wonderful surroundings with nice restos. But the rooms without double glasses windows able to keep noise outside make your sleep very, very hard from 5,00 in the morning. A pity for a nice hotel like this.
