Maksoud Plaza used to be a luxury hotel in the early 90´s. Since them, it seems that the hotel does not receive recent investiment to maintain the old hight quality standards. Its still a five star hotel but it has equal level competitors offering better benefits for best rates. more

Stayed there for one night and got a good impression. Apparently, this is an ex top hotel. Today, it is a bit run down but the rooms are still an excellent value. Extremely impressive lobby too. more
