It's not a boutique hotel. The room is more like Ibis, the bathroom was old and needs a refurb. Lifts are slow. Service and breakfast are great though. Location good too. Internet doesn't work and it's outsourced so they can't fix it. Wouldn't go again... more

Nice hotel not far from the metro. The room was lovely with a balcony. Only complaint we had was that we arrived after an early morning flight to the hotel at 9.30am and was told we couldn't check in till 11am unless we wanted to pay an extra half day room rate, which I didn't find very nice considering they... more

I travel to Sao Paulo on business at least five times a year, and I have been using the Estanplaza Paulista for the past four years. Location, location, location...... Excellent location, friendly and very efficient staff. Beds and pillows are very confortable, and the breakfast is fine. Yes it could have a face lift, but then so would the rates... more
