I have to day I found the location and price of this Hotel (cheap through Hostelworld) very affordable, I ready some online critizim of the neighborhood, but honestly if your coming to Sao Paulo...there are no nice neishborhoods with hotels.

We booked 4 nights at this city centre hotel at a reduced rate through hostelworld... it should be rated a 2 or 3 star hotel, definitely NOT a hostel, Spacious rooms (we had a three room apartment to sleep 6 for two of us); although, on arrival, the immediate environment is disappointing do not be put off, once inside it...
