My wife and I stayed here whilst travelling on business. There had been a bit of a mistake by our office/client with the bookings which meant when we arrived they had no idea we were coming! They were really helpful, phoning round lots of other hotels to check we were not booked in there and then sorting us out a...

Really good service. The rooms are not incredible, but well worth the price. Stayed at a couple Wyndham properties this trip however and will not do so again. They don't give points at all hotels and even though they do at this one, they lost track of them. I still don't have them.

Tryp properties are always very solid and this one meets expectations. The location of this hotel is A++. Walking distance to the Faria Lima business district as well as to the very swank Iguatemi shopping center. Staff is friendly but I believe service a rung or two below what you would find at the Hilton or Renaissance. Rooms are nice...

Excellent large room at reasonable price.
I particularly appreciated the hardwood flooring (as opposed to carpeting, that invariably tends to smell.)
Good breakfast which unfortunately was not included in the room price. Free wifi.

I spent five nights at Tryp Iguatemi, and found it an adequate, compact, and recently-built hotel. Many -- but not all -- staff members were helpful to English speakers. It is located in what seems to be a safe area close to the Av. Faria Lima business area. There are a handful of nearby eateries, but the restaurants at Amauri...

Great base for my first business trip to Brazil (solo female traveller). Friendly staff, built up easy rapport with them even though their English skills sometimes limited and my Portuguese non-existent. Comfy room, great bed, lots of space and very quiet. Food in restaurant excellent though not always what I expected from the menu! Service there was excellent. Breakfast a...

I was there for a week, on a business travel at Av. Faria Lima. The neighbourhood is quite nice, seems safe also at nights, or in the evenings - a lot of people with ties on the street, and nice spots ot eat and have a beer in a walking distance. Rooms are a bit small though. And bedclothes could...

For those with business meetings in Sao Paulo this is one of a handful of hotels in the Faria Lima area. Well presented and with excellent staff the hotel provides a pleasant and clean room. Facilities are minimal outside of the an average restaurant and small bar, but for those dining out with clients this will not be an issue.

This is a great hotel, very pleasant with great services. There is only a lot of traffic around the hotel... this a is very busy area of the town. Overall, i would definitely stay there again.
