The hotel is very well located in Jardins, a posh but beautiful neighbourhood of São Paulo. The service was ok, but the Internet didn't work most of the time. I was there conducting interviews over Skype and it was very important to have a reliable Internet connection, so it was disappointing that I had to keep calling reception every time... More

It is well located, when you need the staff is helpfully. However it isn't my best option in São Paulo so far. Quiet wide room, but horrible bathroom, it's looks like a jail's bathroom. No big bar area in the lobby for take drinks with your colleagues. I wouldn't suggest go to the gym if you don't want get disappointed.

The staff in this hotel is very nice, but the owners need to invest in the physical hotel itself, particularly the internet. I am staying on the 6th floor, and have to sit right next to my room door to get a decent signal....and even then it goes in and out. This hotel is just a block off Avenida Paulista, and is close to the Metro. There are many restaurants nearby, and we felt safe walking to and from dinner every night. The hotel is nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Just don't order room service (unless, of course, you enjoy being overcharged for horribly mediocre - and that's being generous - food)...otherwise, the amenities are nice. Breakfast is pretty good and the location is fantastic, a few blocks off Paulista, a huge and major thoroughfare.

The hotel is very well located on a safe street, with a variety of eating and drinking options nearby -- from very chic to very cheap and casual. This hotel has a great location, five minutes walking to the metro, near many restaurants and shops. The staff were always helpful and friendly.
