I was here for an implementation. Amazingly friendly staff. Super rooms with kitchens.you can cook your own food and the vessels are provided by the hotel. This bang opp Paulista main road. Stayed here for more than 6 months and very comfortable. Breakfast decent.

Location is no doubt the great advantage of this hotel. Overall it's a good deal, close to the Paulista Avenue, close to the Metro station, reasonably priced. Parking for guests is really inexpensive, rooms are clean, wifi works fine, breakfast included is fine. On the negative side, just the outdated decor (feels like it has been decorated in the 80's... The people are kind and professional, but the infrastructure start to be old fashion. The chamber are large and clean, the view from the balconies is ugly and noisy. The big advantage is the location, close to Paulista avenue, metro and FGV.

I stayed for a week while I was in Sao Paulo for business, first option was the Melia Hotel at Paulista Avenue, but since that week there was an event in the city all hotels were fully booked, so Wall Street Suites was the only option, the hotel is well located, one block from Paulista Avenue, but the room was... Hard to beat the location, smack downtown and close to Paulista, Augusta, metro, etc. However the rest is not that much value for the money. This is a hotel that could be a 4 star but has grown very old and borders on 3. You know it wants to be a good 4 stars but it's dangerously leaning on 3... More

Just a couple of blocks from to Avenida Paulista and Metro Station, which has many bar/restaurants and very safe at night. This is a good hotel if you are traveling for business purposes and need to be close to the paulista ave. The common areas of the hotel are nice and clean. The rooms are dated, could use some remodeling.... More

It's really good and confortable. Also the breakfast is included so it's easy to start the day without having problems. It's close to the main street (Paulista Avenue). They have bilingual speakers so if you don't know portuguese they can help you.

Stayed here for a little over two weeks on a business trip in Sao Paulo. The location is perfect if you have business within the Paulista neighborhood. Very close to the metro station, museums, shopping, grocery, and entertainment. The service was great - staff went out of their way to assist us. The lobby is nicely decorated, restaurant is pretty... More

Staying in Bela Vista

Neighborhood Profile
Bela Vista
Known for its Italian cantinas, Bela Vista is the place to go for great pasta. Also called “Bixiga”, the area is an important cultural part of the city, with the bohemian and the religious costumes of its inhabitants on full display. In August, the large Nossa Senhora Achiropita party fills the streets with a variety of Italian food and music. You can experience the liveliness of the neighborhood walking through the antiquities fair at Dom Orione Square or visiting the “Brazilian Caminito”, a version of the Argentinian street complete with colorful buildings. Bela Vista is also home to the traditional samba school “Vai-Vai”. Buy a ticket to a rehearsal and get a taste of what Carnival is like.
