I have been coming to this hotel every year for over a decade and it is so disappointing to see the decay in this hotel. It used to be a gem., on a prime location, spacious and with all necessary amenities. Some years back it was bought by AZ hotels and you can see the damage… nothing gets fixed or maintained anymore… some examples: - there used to be heating in the rooms; got eliminated. - there used to be bathroom extractors; not anymore. The bathroom takes a whole day to lose the shower vapor (which accounts for the fungus in the ceiling and walls) - the cureent hair dryers barely have any power. - The bed has no covers, just a sheet. - it used to include breakfast; not anymore. - service is slow… it took me 5 calls to the desk and 4 hrs wait to get additional blankets (blankets indispensable as there is no heating). To sum up, I think what remains attractive about the hotel is the prime location, and the cleaning service as well as the kindness of the bell boys… everything else lacking and on the way to even further deterioration. I hope AZ hotels has the vision not to continue letting this hotel become a 1 star hotel. Until then, I no longer recommend it.

Nothing fancy about this hotel and yet it is a gem. Not expensive at all and located in a safe, beautiful, vibrant area of Sao Paulo. The rooms are very spacious and pristine. The hotel and its rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained. Includes breakfast. I traveled for business shopping and the hotel suits my needs perfectly. You have both major commercial arteries at walking distance, closeby subway and buses, fanciest malls at a R$20 taxi ride, excellent restaurants nearby for all budgets and is surrounded of cute stores. The place is clean and spacious to keep your baggage open around, everything is clean and it has a kitchenette with a coffee machine which was a life saver. Breakfast is regular but serves its purpose. My only complaint is that hot water at breakfast is not hot enough (they keep it in a regular house thermos). Highly recommended!

Very well located. I knew this is not a 5 star hotel but we were interested mainly in its location and price (fair enough) rather than the structure itself. Anyway, clean and spacious rooms; 4 elevators, of course this is a plus. Very simple breakfast but pretty much better than any continental American breakfast. I found acoustics in the room a little odd, one could hear even the breath of your neighbors, TVs and footsteps... well, not a 5 star, though!

We stayed 3 nights in one of the mid range rooms. The room was really nice with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Also seemed pretty sound proof as we didn't hear so much as a bump from any of the rooms nearby despite being loud when walking past their doors. The gym and pool are on the top floor, the gym is basic but well kept and we only tried the pool once, it's a bit too cold in September to get into an unheated pool! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, the only grumble would be that we arrived at about 0830/0900 to eat each day and one of those days the orange juice had run out already and was never filled up, but it's not exactly the end of the world.

In the pictures seems nicer than real experience. I imagined a modern place, but felt like in an 80s american movie. The service in general is OK, the area surrounding is nice, with many options to go out for dinner, and is quite close to Av. Paulista. It was OK, but I may look for another option next time I visit Sao Paulo.

To start with, this is a great hotel, great location... but when to pay this kind of price, you are entitle to the great, quite amazing. This is my problem with this hl, this is sometime good, many times a great but never amazing. As an example, a garcon from the bar running after you without manners and training because he is worried to not get paid instead of asking to a third party to keep an eye on you to make sure that you are not leaving. Amazing hotel and amazing service do not have this kind of employee poorly trained.

Lovely pool and sauna on the 23rd floor. Huge room, stayed in room 2406 on the 14th floor. Nice sunny in the morning. Very nice breakfast with some Brazilian dishes. Hotel is located very close to nice funky restaurants and snazzy shopping streets. About 15min walk to the conference centre. Internet connection can be better.

As Im staying for over a week each time I have to travel to SP, I prefer to have a little apartment over a classic hotel. The fridge is good, the kitchen stuffed with basics and the people are lovely. There are some really old and not nice rooms there that for sure need some renovation, but if you pick one of the modern rooms, it's really great value. Breakfast is ok and the best thing for sure besides location is the roof top. Perfect place to chill and see the sunset. Perfect for my business trips, yet for a private trip Id choose another place.

I've stay 10 days in Ninety Hotel in São Paulo Jardins in a Business trip! The Hotel is very well situated in on of the best áreas of São Paulo central point for everything. It has a small pizzaria and the breakfast is good. The hotel is clean with a respectable staff. The are loads of improvement points: the swimming pool is a tank with nice views, the elevators were always under construction, the Flat has a decoration of 30 years ago, the sheets are a little older, and the kitchen is pathetical! A experience not to repeat, for that área should be better!

Generally, very pleased as the hotel room was very clean and spacious and there was free wifi. Had booked two rooms, one for my son, partner and baby and one for my husband and myself. The lobby of the hotel was very grand with plenty of seating spaces. There was a restaurant on site with a very pleasant outside eating area. The staff was friendly and helpful, which with a young child was highly recommendable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast as well. Only found one thing puzzling. Son insisted mine was a standard room and according to the booking should have been a VIP room. As my portuguese is very limited I couldn't be bothered to question it, as the room was comfortable and clean. Shower was a bit dated, but on the plus side there was a fully stocked fridge in the room. Would I use the hotel again? Yes, but please give me the room I paid for next time. Additionally, there were further facilities like a gym and pool, which we did not use.
