Poor transportation network, given the location at the WTC supposed to connect you to everywhere. NO. There is no airport shuttle/bus service, which means which way will cost you more than USD 70. Trip to nearest subway station already cost from USD 24 to USD 50. So if you add up the metro, it just doesn't worth it even though... more

My company booked me into this hotel for a one-night stay. When I got to my room, I checked (as I usually do) the condition of the bed and bathroom before unpacking. Although the employee who checked me in told me that the room had been renovated, at best there had been a slight cosmetic tune-up. The furniture and fixtures... more

This hotel is in a great location, a modern build, complete with all modern amenities as you would expect from a business hotel. All business facilities available. Only comment would be that rooms are a bit tired and furniture/doors/bathrooms lifts etc could do with a refresh. more

Stayed early June, 2009, for four nights while attending the Ethanol Conferance, held every second year in Sao Paulo. Very convinient access to the conferance as it is part of the hotel. Rooms need to be refurbished. Room service is satisfactory. Moderate prices. Very nice and helpful staff. The restaurants need to improve their menu selection. For what you are... more

The hotel has recently been taken over by Sheraton. It is in a very tired condition and it looks as though some urgent changes are being made to it. I spent 9 days here for a conference. The plusses - very convenient for the WTC conference centre. Rooms are a decent size and the staff very pleasant. The minusses -... more

I stayed here on my layover (i'm a flight attendant w/ major US carrier) because our normal layover hotel, The Grand Hyatt was over booked due to a convention. The Hyatt booked us the rooms themselves and gave us vouchers for 50% off the room service which was mediocre. The rooms were spectacular! Each room had a different decor. After... more

The most terrible expirience of a lifetime !!!! When I booked this hotel nobody mentioned the whole joint was in the middle of a rebuilt! I asked to change my room since there was freaking rock-crusher running in the middle of the evening (the desk staff excused themselves claiming the shops and the offices in the building didn`t let them... more

We stayed at this hotel on the first night after our wedding at a room in the 16th floor. The hotel did not disasapoint, the beds were very comfortable, the a/c was working at full power, and the bathroom was very clean and with a great shower. the hotel offered bathrobes as well. our bed was decorated with petals of... more
