“Terrible mistake”

Old carpet with dust,mold,old airconditioning and heat make the room a "allergy nest". The bed needs new pillows and better towell and sheet.The smell from the little kitchen in the room is unbelievable...Well located but terrible choice in SP.What a "Misfortune"

“Great Value Fantastic Location”

Stayed 2 NIghts at the Fortune Residence JAN13. Found the location really good, walking distance to Paulista Ave, Subway, Oscar Freire Street and to lots of nice restaurants, bars, safe upscale area in Sao Paulo. The property itself is good, clean, and worth it, considering the amazing deal my travel agent was able to get !!!

I stayed here for three nights. At the check inn we had a big issue. The Endprice isnt the really endprice. There is another 5% service fee. it is written very small down the reservations. It is totally unfriendly for a guest. We ask at the reserversation for a early check inn and the didint response us. So we wait... More

This hotel was great for us! We loved the location. Close to everything, very quiet and clean. Nice reception and very good breakfast. We took a cab to Eric Clapton Concert and we came back by bus... I think I don't need to say more than that, right?

After trying many others, now I regularly stay in this flat when in São Paulo. It's located in the best part of town, with all the fanciest restaurants just down the street.
