Location is excellent, just one block from Paulista and parallel to Augusta with some bars and small eateries in the adjacent streets. If you cross Paulista, you'll land in one of the very chic parts of the city with abundant (and very expensive) restaurants and night life. Do not expect any wow factor from the hotel itself. Rooms are fine... More

We stayed here for one week with some friends for a wedding, it has all you need for your stay, slippers, bathroom kit, robes, and the ambience is very comfortable, near the hotel there are many bars, restaurants and bakeries, paulista avenue is just 2 blocks away and there are many clothing a stores and some shopping malls. If you come with... More

Brazil is not a service-oriented-structured sort of country. When you go there on business, you may choose an international hotel to grant the basics This is what I expect of a Tryp - Melia hotel. In this case, I was decieved. 2h waiting for a room service. I call the front desk and I happen to know that my salad... More

Hotel has high standard. So price/quality wise a superb deal. Can only recommend it. Wifi is not fast, bit kt eirks. Two intrnetstations. Check inn... More

Excellent in every respect. Very clean, spacious rooms, large shower section, bright colours, elegant and functional. Good location and good rate. They did not know at the front desk how the name of the hotel came about. WiFi a little complicated to enter.

I cannot say enough how sweaty their rooms are. They are like little claustrophobic sweat lodges where you have the privilege of hearing every time your neighbour flushes the toilet. Sometimes the pipes behind the bed just randomly run with water which makes for great comfort as you are sweating it out, attempting to sleep. Just don't... São Paulo has... More

Whilst the rooms were well appointed, I was very disappointed with the internet service. That said breakfast was very good, there was a lot of choice and plenty of it. In terms of room service, the meal was very good, but I had to wait some time for the waiter to return with the corkscrew to open the bottle of... More

Tryp Paulista has a great central location which makes visiting the essentials of Sao Paulo rather straightforward. We opted for the breakfast option which was a pretty standard spread. The close proximity to Bella Paulista really negates the need for a breakfast buffet though. Rooms are very nicely appointed and spotless, however hallways are really dark and the noise from... This is a very well located hotel, nearby the business center area in Sap Paulo (it's two blocks away from Paulista Avenue). The hotel is two blocks away from the Consolação Station (subway), which will lead you to all the lines in São Paulo subway.
