The hotel is situated in a cozy upper-scale neighborhood with mixed residential and commercial buildings. The hotel is in a very upscale neighborhood and 400m from a large Shopping mall called the Patio Higienopolis. My only criticism is the gym, equipment is very old and rusty. We visit São Paulo at least once a year and Higienópolis is our favorite neighborhood. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. It's very close to Park Buenos Aires, Pátio Higienópolis Shopping Center, grocery stores and Mackenzie University. I just left this hotel . You can hear everything between rooms . My sitcom sounded like a tractor. The pool is freezing , the gym very poor, wireless keeps dropping I left by launch in before the stated collection time . 12 hours is express 24 hours is normal ! And wait for it dry cleaning takes 48 hours... More
